New Hampshire Home w/ Private Beach, Dock & Rafts!

The host deserves a 10 star rating! He was always very prompt with responding to our questions and our needs. He was very accommodating, absolutely one of the best host we have ever had. The house was clean and we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely return. We highly recommend this home.

This property was perfect for our large family. We loved the sandy beach and the clean lake water. The fishing was fantastic as well!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 young boys (and a dog), and we all enjoyed it tremendously. The house had plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate us - note that one of the bathrooms is only accessible through a bedroom. Everything was in order when we arrived. The house is a truly water front - easy access to the water for launching water crafts or just go for a dip in the water. We used several kayaks and one paddle boat, even though the steering mechanism was broken, so we used an oar as a workaround. It has a water trampoline, alas it was deflated and unusable. The house has several TVs, which we haven't turned on, as we were outdoors most of the time. We had a minor issue with the septic system, which was resolved a few hours after we reported it. The weather was comfortable, so we haven't used the AC. A good chance that we'll return next year.

Wonderful outdoor area for a large family to spread out and enjoy the water and the views; outdoor dinners and grilling. Great for dogs with privacy and good boundaries. Very communicative friendly host, going above and beyond. We managed to make the space inside be 5 bedrooms with the area off of the kitchen having trundle beds. Great for kids. Big kitchen. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely.

Property is beautiful! House is very roomy and beds are comfortable. Host is great and very responsive. We had issue with the fridge and he was quick to send a neighbor over to help us out. We were able to get it to function properly but host checked in 1st thing in the morning and was ready to have new fridge brought over that day if we needed it.We had a great time!

The house was spacious and well stocked. Not enough toiletries for our large group but I didn’t expect that. Kitchen well stocked. We had a heatwave while there and overworked the a/c but owner was able to help us get it going again so he was good at communicating with when it mattered the most. The outdoors is a good area but could have used some cleaning up in advance. Spider webs and the like. Just felt not the most unkept but some could argue it’s an outdoor area at a lake. Don’t think it’s quite for us that we’d return but the sunset and water toys (kayaks, canoes, etc) were a big hit with the teens.

Great getaway! The property was clean and ready for guests. Very spacious property, plenty of beds, plenty of seats both inside and out. The kids had a great time playing in the beach. We did not use, but there were paddle boards and kayaks ready and available for use. We did use the grill, plenty of propane already there. Plenty of seasoned firewood for the fire pit. At check in, we were not able to get the front door code to work, but the garage code worked perfectly, so not a big deal. Would absolutely stay again!

Arrived after 4 as instructed (would have liked to arrive earlier, but our host never answered our request).Found the place heated and with 2 Xmas trees, which was wonderful. All in all it was a great stay, but would have liked to communicate with the owner.

Overall great experience. Home was just as described and the owner was in constant communication for anything we needed. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd year staying at your cottage and we already booked for next year- The outdoor space is what keeps us coming back- It is perfect for our family I was disappointed when we saw all the ants that were in the house especially the kitchen- we did buy ant traps and it did resolve this-

Our group included my husband, myself, our older daughter, her husband and 3 month old baby, our younger daughter, and our two dogs. The house is in a gorgeous location right on the lake, with its own small beach, which was perfect for our plans for a quiet relaxing week. We were also very excited to have use of the kayaks - the lake is ideal for that! It seems like the house has undergone some renovations and maybe got stalled in the process. The living room, dining room, and some of the kitchen seem to have been updated, and the bedrooms were okay, but there wasn't anywhere to put clothes - no dressers or shelves, only a closet bar with a few hangers. We had trouble with the septic system after a couple days, but the owner was quick to respond and sent a repairman first thing the following morning, so we only had to live without toilets for one night, thank goodness. The house did have many extras for the baby and for the dogs, which was greatly appreciated.

This house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and as advertised. We were given early check which was greatly appreciated. Will look to stay again.

We booked this stay for our mom and dad’s mothers/ Father’s Day gift. The idea was to spend the weekend together as a family with the kids and the dogs to use the beach, swim, canoe, etc. I had reached out to the owner through vrbo and personal email asking questions about check out time and never received a response. When we got there the place looked nice but the back yard had such long grass that we had to weed wack. The deck was covered in dirt and looked like it hadn’t been visited in a while. The canoe that they advertised had no seats and couldn’t be used. After swimming in the water for the first night and next morning we became aware that the water was dangerous and had a high level of Cyanobacteria. Thank goodness the kids didn’t get sick after being exposed for an extended amount of time. House has potential but the yard should be cleaned before people come.
