Located one house up from the Folk School, one can quickly walk to favorite restaurants, shops, and rock-skipping beaches. This 4 Bedroom, 2 bath home is cozy enough for couples, yet ideal for families or groups. One main level bedroom, three bedrooms upstairs. Threebedrooms have trundle beds as options for additional guests. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Dining area with two cozy booths. Tiered decks with great views and Lake Superior breezes. One deck for dining/grilling, one for relaxing around the propane firepit. Sweet Sauna in the back, large yard.
