The house is very well finished and the host was very responsive. The kitchen is a little small for a big group. The beddings and mattresses were great but there are a lot of stairs which might be tough with anyone with a disability

Awesome property for our family reunion weekend. Clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped with everything you need!

Nine of us, ranging in age from 75 to 90, stayed at this home and had an outstanding visit. As mentioned in previous reviews, Peter—the owner—was exceptionally responsive, whether by phone, text, or in person. The house itself is beautiful, with stunning woodwork throughout. All but one of the bedrooms (which we didn’t need) had private bathrooms, and each room had its own television. The beds were very comfortable, making for restful nights.The location was ideal—just a few blocks from several restaurants, and only a short drive to the city center. The only minor drawback was that all the bedrooms and the kitchen are on the second and third floors, which posed a slight challenge for some of us given our ages.Overall, we highly recommend this property.

We renting this house for 4 days during the university of Albany graduation… the location was central where we were always within 15 minutes. There were sufficient bathrooms and bedrooms. We would definitely return. Thanks.

Comfortable house and the owner made life easy. We didn’t meet in person, but he was responsive and positive. The house was clean, up to date, and worked, except for one shower head. We loved the house, but expect a lot of stairs. We are a close group of friends on the same schedule. The living room on a different floor could be an asset if people are waking or healing to sleep at different times. Great home!

This was a great house for part of our group who were returning to Albany to commemorate an important milestone.

Hello, Stay was Amazing, we have rented for two months and everything was perfect.

Peter's house is as described immaculate, up to date and very comfortable. He couldn't be more helpful. There is ample parking and a cute outdoor porch I hope to use for another stay. It has everything you could possibly want. I look forward to staying there again.
