New England Family Home with Hot Tub and Pool

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was relaxing, yet there was plenty to do indoors & out. We played ping pong & darts, exercised on the stationary bicycle, enjoyed ourselves in the pool & hot tub & played tetherball. There was also a swing set for youngsters & a hammock. Grocery stores were 20 minutes away. The only downside was when we had guests & they needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. They had to use the bathroom that was off of the master bedroom or go downstairs to the 1st floor where there was a full bathroom. We managed, though. Cell phone reception was inconsistent. All in all, we would wholeheartedly recommend staying there. Deidre & John are lovely people who bent over backwards for us.

Beautiful and spacious property, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and effortless stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and well-appointed kitchen. Wifi was more than adequate for WFH and streaming. Very responsive hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable home, well-equipped kitchen, well located on a quiet road yet easily accessible to Great Barrington and beyond. October was a beautiful time to go for leaf-peeping and comfortable weather for hiking and exploring. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings, and s'mores around the fire pit in the evenings. Furniture in the family room was very comfortable for watching movies on the large flat screen TV. Only downside is wi-fi was just adequate for one person to use at a time for work purposes; otherwise was generally adequate for multiple users just scrolling. Could not have supported several adults doing a work vacation, although the space itself would be perfect for that use, once the wi-fi is improved, which should happen in the near future.
