Newly built in 2022, this modern, two-story home in Port Aransas is a wonderful retreat for families, beach-goers, and golf enthusiasts alike. Here in Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, you'll have access to two gorgeous outdoor pools that are heated during winter months, the Palmilla Beach Golf Club, and a beachboardwalk just about a block away.

This home enjoys a great location in Palmilla Beach Resort, about a quarter-mile from the 12-hole, links-style golf course originally designed by Arnold Palmer. Downtown Port Aransas - home to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and sources of entertainment - is less than three miles up the coast.

Before heading out to the beach or the golf course each day, spend the morning relaxing with a cup of coffee, a good book, and a seat in an Adirondack chair on the front porch. You'll be greeted back in the afternoon by a cool blast of central AC and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels.

Everything is new and polished in the open, light-filled living space on the ground floor. At its heart is an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), dramatic light fixtures, and a large island with three-sided bar seating. Gather on the sectional to watch movies after dinner, log onto the free WiFi to send a few emails, or simply retreat upstairs for a good night's sleep. All of the bedrooms - two with TVs and one with built-in bunk beds for the kids - have en suite bathrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    We had a blended family vacation for one of our graduates. The lay out of this rental was great especially the bunk room. Our kids now have their own group chat. Access to the beach was not far. We all enjoyed the amenities the resort has to offer. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in 15 years traveling once a year to the island. Check-in was fast and easy. Don’t forget to reserve your beach chairs and umbrella at the time of booking, it’s free. We did not know this so, now you know.

    In order to give my feedback, I have to provide a review? Over all good location. Conflicting information on line vs in person, definitely confirm what you read online with a call or in person rather than once you are there. However their customer service did provide prompt assistance. Reserve your beach chairs and umbrella during the time of booking.

    The Bikini Bottom home location is terrific. It is next to a communal seating area, green space and extra parking. In addition to the charming decor, we loved the ensuite bathrooms and the washer/dryer. Both are important to us for a beach rental. The Palmilla Resort has great amenities and close beach access. We will definitely be back. Thank you, BB owners for hosting us!

    Pros: The layout of the home was great for what we needed and we liked the 4 bathrooms. HVAC worked great. Cons: Ants everywhere all over our food, up the walls, in the pantry, even found them in the bed. Mattress, pillows and bedding could have been more comfortable. We had to call and ask for basic needs, trash bags, laundry soap, cleaning solution. The last thing I wanted to deal with on vacation was cleaning, throwing out food we just purchased and just having to be cautious of every single thing we set on the floor and counters.

    First time at this property, usually stay next to at CS. Had a great stay despite hurricane warnings. Without them, we would have just thought another fun in the sun beach weekend. House was nice and cool and there plenty of beach towels for guest. Will be back. Wifi was in and out but considering the 4th understandable.

    This property went beyond our expectations! It was immaculate and very stylish. Not the frumpy beach decor we usually see. I put a high priority on the beds and these were very comfortable; 2 king bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 twins. It is located within a comfortable walk to both pools and the golf course…and, of course, the beach. Everything worked, so we had zero issues. There were all of the household appliances, dishes, pots & pans and utensils. This is an excellent choice and I cannot think of anything lacking.

    Location to beach access, pools and dune crossover was great. House was clean and patio was nice. Bbq grill and boogie boards for use came in clutch.

    We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and the decor was perfect for the beach. Our only feedback would be more for the resort as a whole, but fly and mosquito control would have made the outdoors much more enjoyable. We wanted to sit for coffee on the lovely back porch, but were swarmed. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

    This property was surrounded by construction. There were literally 2 Port-A-Potties 20’ from the home’s main entrance. Also, trash in the yard. SO many aggressive flies in and around the house! There was no angle, door or porch where the main view wasn’t construction- complete with workers, noise, and heavy machinery. I would feel unsafe with little kids.
