New Custom Built 6 BDRM heated Private Pool Mins To Beach

We had a wonderful family gathering at this beautiful home. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was roomy with good counter space and storage. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool with our young grandchildren. The owner was attentive and answered our questions quickly

Great newer home with easy access to town, CoffeeWaves and the beach with a short drive or walk. Doesn’t have direct access to the beach but Sandcastle is a short walk or drive from the house. The pool was a nice feature and getting to have our Mini Golden Doodle with is always the best. Plenty of parking as well as space in the home. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. TVs everywhere for when the weather wasn’t the best. Our trip was great and this house held all 12 family members easily without feeling cramped.

Our family loves fishing, so we travel almost every month and usually stay at vacation rentals. Among all the places we’ve stayed, this one stands out as the cleanest, most comfortable, and with the most responsive and thoughtful host we’ve ever met. Every stay has been smooth and truly enjoyable. We definitely plan to return often and highly recommend this place to others.

Property was beautiful, very clean, and pool was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beach. We would highly recommend it for a vacation stay!! Owner was very prompt responding to any questions.

We took our family to Port Aransas for our annual summertime vacation. We had such a fabulous time in this beautiful and well stocked beach home. The layout is very family friendly with a nice king bedroom and full bath upstairs. The main level has 3 bedrooms, each with king beds. Two of those bedrooms have private bathrooms and the 3rd bedroom has a full bathroom in the hallway just outside with another bunk room across the hall. The cocktail pool is fabulous and thoroughly enjoyed by the adults and children. There is a hideaway downstairs with a full bathroom and a couch. It could accommodate a couple of air mattresses. It would be nice to have a double bed and a bunkbed down there or a couple of double beds. If you have small children or pets, I'd suggest bringing a babygate to block off the steps as the house faces 11th Street, which is very busy. We had so much fun and the property manager is very helpful and responds quickly.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Port A. It fit our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to going back.

We took our party of 11 to stay here and had a great time. The home was clean, great amount of rooms/beds and the amount of bathrooms was perfect for a big group. I wish there were some yard games for kids/adults, a bigger couch for the living area and maybe some extra blankets. That is just me being nit picky, but we had a great time and would definitely stay again! Communication was also amazing through our stay. :)

The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. It was very well stocked. I would recommend it for your next group trip to Port A!

Close proximity to the beach, nice pool area, and large home that gave enough privacy to each group that stayed with me. Kitchen and dining table was perfect size for my family. Easy access and instructions.

Our family of 12 had an amazing stay at the Percenti's beautiful home! It was very roomy for all of us; we never felt cramped. Sleeping accomodations were perfect. We had everything we needed. The pool was an amazing addition, especially for our 3 kiddos who are ages 7 and under..if we weren't at the beach we were making waves in the pool! The home was also immaculately clean. 10/10 for our family. Would recommend and would book again, thank you!
