Our cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, outdoor balcony, covered boat parking, bbq grill and outdoor living space. Enjoy access to the community pool and boat wash station. 2 miles down from Cove Harbor boat launch and restaurants.

Important Pool Info:
The HOA requires wristbands for pool access. Each home is allotted 8 wristbands—please do not lose or discard them. Replacement fee: $20 each.

Guests have full private access to the entire home — including the front porch, driveway parking , and all indoor amenities. With the exception of one Owners' closet.

You'll also enjoy access to the community pool ‍♀️ located just steps from your front porch — a true highlight for cooling off after a day at the beach or exploring Rockport.

Self check-in is a breeze with a smart lock — we’ll send your unique access code before arrival, so you can head straight into vacation mode!

Bedroom 2: Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks (4 twin beds total)
