New! Charming Home in the Heart of Bemus Point, Lake Chautauqua, NY

This is a lovely house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable with all the amenities. The host communicates well and is so accommodating.We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Bemus Point. The house was very clean and matched the photos, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The backyard was one of our favorite spots, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and giving the kids some space to play. The beds were cozy, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing visit, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was excellent, which made everything stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made it feel like a true getaway. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect place to stay! Very nice and clean. We were also close enough to the town that it was just about a 10 min walk.

This home was spotless! A big kitchen to prepare dishes for our family reunion and a big table for conversations and memories. Kitchen had all the essentials that are needed to prepare food. The bedrooms are nice size and the beds were very comfortable. Ranch home with only a small step up for the elders to have easy access. Wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. As many of the other reviews indicate, the home was spotless and included many very nice amenities. The other plus is that it is within walking distance of everything in Bemus Point. We had a short but very nice stay at your home.

The house was exactly as pictured in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of Bemus Point (and a super short walk to either the Bemus Point Inn restaurant for breakfast/lunch) or the Taphouse at the golf course for dinners. House is well stocked and everything was lovely.

Great location, walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and shops! The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful! We loved the attention to detail and all of the personal touches with snacks, coffee station, games and bikes!!! Can't wait to come back again!!

Booked this gem a month or so out and was absolutely impressed with the home. Kris was awesome! I texted her a couple times with simple questions and she called me within 5 minutes every time. She is great! My son also left his hat at the house and she found it and is shipping it to me. Home is VERY clean and felt brand new. It was our first time staying off the lake so we werent sure if we would like it. Loved the walking distance to the Golf Club for dinner and into Bemus for fun. Neighborhood is very clean and nice. They had four new bikes in the garage that we loved riding around town as well. Highly recommend this home!
