This home includes both outdoor and indoor pools, a home theater, and a game room with an arcade. It is handicap accessible with a front ramp, elevator, and a wheelchair-friendly bedroom suite with a private balcony facing the beach.

Bella Sole is a unique gem. The house sits on a narrow strip of Sandbridge, directly across from a wide public beach access providing a short and easy path to the ocean. Decks to the east provide panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Large decks to the west, including a screened-in deck, which provides views of the bay and sunsets. Of particular note is the extremely large, elevated deck on the back of the house over the indoor pool with an exceptional view of the sunset that is perfect for large gatherings. Lounge around or swim in the outdoor pool or the heated indoor pool available for year-round use. The house also includes a large modern kitchen, wet bars with ice makers on every floor, and a large commercial ice maker for nearly unlimited ice for prepping coolers for the beach or hosting large parties. For your indoor entertainment, there is a Theater room with an 85-inch smart TV, Sonos sound system, and PlayStation. Every bedroom and living space has a smart TV with complimentary Disney Plus and Hulu Live. The game room has a pool table, a multi-game ARCADE system, and an air hockey table. There is plenty of fun entertainment for kids of all ages, so you are sure to enjoy both outdoor and indoor activities at Bella Sole!

This beachside home offers wonderful amenities on each of her three levels and is a perfect house for extended families or for hosting family reunions, corporate retreats, golfers, or girlfriend getaways! Ten bedrooms throughout the home, all with private attached full bathrooms. Nine of the bedrooms have King Beds, two of which are family suites with adjacent twin-over-full bunk beds for families that want to stay closer together. One of the King bedrooms is also handicap accessible, directly across from the home elevator. The remaining bedroom has two twin over full beds for the kids who want their own space. Gathering areas with half baths on each level will allow ample room to spread out, and the large dining area offers seating for everyone. Three full-sized refrigerators, two stoves, two dishwashers, and two large sinks make food storage, prep, and cleanup a breeze! Imagine family holidays at this beautiful home!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
