Stayed Jul 7, 2024This home is beautiful, and the splash pool is wonderful! You can walk 10 minutes to the turtle release and beach. The beach is beautiful, but no swimming or surfing there. The location is quite far from town; you will need to rent a car or a motorcycle to get into Puerto Escondido, and the road into town can be a bit challenging during the rainy season. We enjoyed visiting the nearby town of Bajo de Chile, which is closer than Puerto Escondido. We were there during the low season, so we were usually the only people in the neighborhood, which was kind of too quiet. The local manager was very helpful when we needed help with anything.
