The Space:<br>
The condo offers air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a central location near La Rinconada. There is a TV in the living room and in each bedroom. Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than one week. Playa Carrizalillo is within walking distance, and laundry facilities are available on site.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is available for your use. You also have access to the shared common areas.



The Neighborhood:

La Rinconada is a vibrant neighborhood known for its restaurants and boutique-style shops along a central street. Both locals and visitors gather here, as it offers a lively atmosphere during the day and evening.



Getting Around:

You can rent a car or motorbike, take a taxi or colectivo, or walk to most places. La Rinconada has many essentials nearby, and you can easily explore Playa Zicatela, La Punta, or El Centro by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors, parties, events, or additional unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.



House rules: We are located in a friendly residential community and, while this is a vacation destination, it is also home to full-time residents. We kindly ask all guests to respect the privacy, comfort, and peaceful environment of our neighbors throughout their stay. -Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

-The outdoor pool is a shared community pool available only to registered guests. Parties, gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted in the pool or common areas. Pool hours and pool rules are posted inside the home and must be followed at all times.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in all common/shared community areas.

-Only the designated parking spot assigned to the property may be used. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing without notice.



Failure to follow community rules may result in fines, removal from common areas, or additional charges during your stay.



Late check-in is available via lockbox, with instructions provided in the Airbnb app. Please be mindful of neighbors when arriving late.



Late check-out may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, depending on availability.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary to access the property.
