New Braunfels Lake Haus on Lake Dunlap - Gruene, Schlitterbaun, Guadalupe River!

Accurate description of house and property. Had a great time with family. Lovely back yard.

Although we had a few days of rain and muddy water due to the recent flooding, the house lent itself to relaxation, and all kinds of games and activities in the beautiful yard. The hosts were wonderful and always responded to our questions. Highly recommend this home.

Great house, plenty of space, grounds beautiful, plenty of bathrooms and towels, great A/C, LOTS of steps - not for mobility impaired, separate ice machine was a huge plus, great swimming area off dock and bulkhead, plenty of parking and some undercover, 15-20 minutes from activities and town, quiet neighborhood except for the rooster (which was still fine), recommend to bring own games, tv all had Roku or Amazon stick, washer/dryer a plus, recommend to bring own dish cloths, pot holders, & wash cloths (very limited if cooking or bathing), Katrina was great in communicating, wifi router has a connection limit for number of active devices. We would stay again.

This house is awesome for large groups! With numerous beds, ample parking, spacious living room and huge grass back yard. We rented the extra loft room that had 2 more queen beds. Highly reccomend this option for larger parties.Our group of 14 had a great time over the weekend! I got to meet the owner during check in and he showed me around and even gave me his cell number if I had any issues. 5/5 stars. We will be back!

The house was comfortable. We added the studio apartment since there were a lot of us going. The apartment was nice too! Very comfy beds. The spot on the lake was perfect! I suggest sp of 4 and the

We had a large group of 15 adults and it fit us all comfortably for the trip. House was clean and cool and had plenty of cooking supplies. The best part was being right on the lake and close to town at the same time.

Great location to enjoy Schlitterbahn. Easy commute. Easy to make ourselves at home. Prompt communication!!

Honestly feel that the luxury description is inaccurate, the rental certainly met our requirements for beds and location but failed somewhat in cleanliness, and we were without hot water for 30 hours. Kitchen pots and pans were dirty and the grill had to be cleaned entirely also had to purchase additional toilet paper and soap. Realized in morning that we didn’t have hot water but property manager did not begin to assist until 3:00 pm. I can’t blame the rental but all that visited went home with stomach and intestinal issues lasting 24-48 hours.
