NEW! Boardwalk - Oceanfront Spa - Newly Remodeled, Best Location Walk everywhere

We absolutely loved this house! Walkable to several restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, and places to drink with live music as well as an awesome playground about .5 miles away. The pier was also a fun activity which was a very close walk! This house was perfect if you have small kids (baby gates, baby knob locks, crib, etc.) already included at the house. The outdoor shower was extremely spacious making cleaning off sandy little ones a breeze! We will be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Have stayed at many different properties in surf city and topsail the past 20 years. This was by far the best house for those with dogs at the beach. We felt very safe with multiple gates and the little dog yard was wonderful when u didn’t want to go for a longer walk. Owner was very responsive to any needs/ questions. It was nice to have a personal touch rather than reaching out to a management company. Will stay here again for sure! Close enough to walk to everything but not right where all the traffic is!

Great rental house, location and host. Highly recommend this property. Very clean and the pet yard was really convenient for our pup. There was a lift off the back deck that would have been really helpful for getting all of our luggage upstairs but it did not appear to be available for use to guests.

We had a very enjoyable vacation stay. The weather was hot and weindy, however, we always had plenty to do and share with the family. The hot tub was a great asset to our stay, it was perfect for the evenings when the sun went down. Thank you

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful property! The view was stunning with rockers and tall Adirondack chairs only steps away from the beach. The hot tub with the view of the moon and ocean is a must for every night. There is plenty of comfy seating in the living room with large windows and doors all with the view of the ocean. We watched dolphins from the deck while having coffee in the morning, beach visits all day from morning to night, comfy King size bed, large tv in living room and bedroom with plenty of apps to watch at night. The home is walking distance to night life, restaurants, several ice cream shops, surf shops, and the Surf City pier. The view of the lit up pier at night from the hot tub is a must also! Everything is steps away from your doorstep. The home and beach is dog friendly as well which is also a big plus if you take your puppers! The outdoor shower is amazing, I highly recommend for every shower. Lots of surfers to watch as there is a surf school nearby. The view alone is PERFECTION! We are ready to go back and wished we could have stayed longer.
