NEW BEACHFRONT-2 masters-hot tub-game room-gated Ovation w/Amenities, dogs OK!

Beautiful, brand new property right on the beach! Our family had a great Thanksgiving retreat. It was cold and windy the week we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach too much but would be great in good weather.

The owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. The home is stunning with an easy walk to the best beach area on the Cape.

Steve and Tammy are wonderfully thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond to stock the house with items essential to vacation. Simple things like hand soap and dish soap were provided. The house decor is beautiful with stunning views. They even stock the house with beach towels, which was very helpful to decrease my travel load. Again, house has amazing amenities (like beach chairs and towels) which sets it apart from many other rentals in the area. The location is great with stunning views. Communication with Tammy and Steve was always clear with exceptional directions for check-in and check-out.

This property was top notch! Very clean, beautifully furnished with special touches all throughout the house. Communication with owners was easy and very quick to respond. The views of the Gulf are beautiful. Will definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful house, well equipped with everything we needed. Location on the Cape and to the water are perfect and the views from every balcony are breathtaking. It was a great spot for my husband and I to take our grown kids and grandkids to enjoy Cape San Blas. Wonderful memories were made by all and we will come back to Sanding Ovation.

The property was outstanding with easy access to the beach and beach towels provided withthe unit. The elevator was easy to access andserviced all the floors. 6 bedrooms and each had their own bathrooms with showers and decks with view of the ocean or the bay. I would highly recommend this home for families. Plus was easy access for handicap person.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It is a very well built house that was clean and fit all of us with an abundance of space. The views of the beach are amazing and the amenities in the neighborhood of Ovation provided great ways to soak in time with our family.

It’s the little things that matter…the owners clearly have our enjoyment in mind!! Every detail in every room was thought out, the rooms were large, comfortable seating for a large family in dining room and living, thick towels, great water pressure, 2 sinks in kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 wash/ dryers was very helpful, every bedroom has a full bath, the outside stairs off main porch connected to walkway to the beach, just incredible!! Cape San Blas is our families favorite place to rest and relax the past 7 years and this year was an upgrade. Super grateful for our time there and looking forward to returning to Sanding Ovation!

We just returned from one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in. We were blessed to be the second renter in this lovely new home. There were 9 of us in our party from age 5 on up. Even though this was a new home, Steve and Tammy thought of every little detail! So many amenities that included beach chairs and umbrella, beach toys, cart, huge ice maker, beach mats, lots of board games and cards. The kitchen was stocked with everything.., blender, crock pot, griddle, standard coffee pot and one with pods, pots/pans, plastic storage containers etc, if you need it they have it. A supply of coffee pods, creamer and sugar was stocked as well. They even had roasters for roasting marshmallows over a fire. Bathrooms had toilet paper, soap at the sinks and travel size shampoo/conditioners, body wash, and lotions. Everything was spotless. The home layout is perfect! Any questions I had the owners responded immediately. The place is exactly as pictured but you really can't understand the beauty of the place and tremendous views until you are there. It was so convenient being right next to the boardwalk. Even though we were there in late May, most days there was no one closer than 100 ft on each side of us on the beach. This is one thing we love about CSB. We fished off the bay dock, swam in the Infiniti pool and had a bonfire on the bay. Our only regret is not getting to stay longer, if you get a chance to book this incredible home do it! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this brand-new beachfront home was perfect!Right off the bat it was clear that a lot of thought and detail went into every aspect of this property. The house was spotless, and we loved the decor throughout. I could go on and on, but I’ll name a few highlights:Bathrooms: The bathrooms were stunning with beautiful countertops. My husband and I stayed in the top master bedroom, and the bathroom felt like a spa retreat with its three shower heads, soaking tub, and towel warmer.Convenience: Having multiple washers and dryers was extremely convenient, especially for our large group. The elevator made transporting luggage effortless. There were plenty of areas to wash sand off us and our dogs, including an outdoor shower. Extras: The hosts provided beach towels, chairs, toys, boogey boards, and games to play just to name a few things. The hot tub was a huge hit! Kitchen: The gorgeous, large kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need to feel at home during our stay. Location: Wow! We were right at the boardwalk and just steps from the beach. This made trips back and forth with the kids and dogs so easy. The views from the home were breathtaking, and we enjoyed walking throughout the gated community and checking out the amenities across the street.Hosts: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicated flawlessly throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend to others!
