Stayed Jun 20, 2026We absolutely loved our stay! We are a family of 5 and it was the perfect size for us and maybe even room to spare. Location was amazing! Right on the island so approximately 10 minutes from everything! Neighborhood pool was great entertainment in the evenings. We would absolutely recommend this location to others. Host was great with communication!

Stayed Mar 25, 2026I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in the St. Simons area. The house was very clean and organized. They thought every detail through for a family including board games, dvds, beach equipment and incidentals! There were great instructions for electronics in the house along with smooth prompt communication with the owner/property manager. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area!

Stayed May 30, 2025We visited to attend a family wedding with many events scheduled throughout the weekend. The townhouse was spacious and allowed us room to visit with friends and family who dropped by at different times. The location was ideal and made it easy to reach the events which were all scheduled in or near the village area. Everyone slept well and appreciated the comfort of the mattresses.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The townhouse is really well equipted with everything you might need. The kitchen is large and the bedrooms are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, though plenty of folks around. It is an easy walk to the water/park and an easy bike ride to many locations. The only drawback was the proximity to the road on the Master Bedroom and screen room side of the townhouse and the traffic noise took a bit to get used to. Otherwise, the owners were very helpful and super responsive!
