New beach house- Just steps from Long Sands Beach. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home with its spectacular views and lovely location. The owners provided everything we could possibly need and then some, pots, pans, appliances, dinnerware, steamer, glassware; towels, shampoo/conditioner, there was even a crook pot! We ordered out a lot and went to a few restaurants but it was convenient to have these items available! The beds were very comfortable, the home is very well laid out lots of room, nice nicely decorated, plenty of space. It is as described however the rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. Lots of amenities, honestly I over packed considering what the owners made available for their guests, we felt most welcome. Let’s talk about walking a few steps to the beach, we barely moved our car, it was the most comfortable and relaxing vacation we have had in quite a while! The owner Jen was very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to York Beach for many years and are so happy to have been fortunate enough to find this property. It was the perfect location, friendly neighbors, beautiful home- no detail was missed and they had just about everything you could need. Loved having coffee and cocktails on the deck looking over Long Sands. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

The property was wonderful and well situated. we could not ask for better. Jennifer was great and helpful. My son who is Special Needs asked if we could stay there again next year.Very ideal experience.For the next phase I do not know how to upload photos but I did take a lot of them.

Loved our week at Jennifer and Walter’s beach house. Location couldn’t be better, across from the beach with an ocean view from the deck. Also close to great food options, highly recommend Stones Throw and Lulus for dinner/drinks. The house was as advertised, brand new and well laid out which made for a very comfortable week for our family which included a 5 and 2 year old. Open living room/kitchen lived larger than it looks, plenty of room for all of us to relax after our days on the beach. Owner’s went above and beyond to make their home welcoming and provided many of the necessities we needed including linens, towels, beach chairs and toys. There were also some kids cups and plates and a baby gate. We had 2 large SUVs, garage easily fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Owner’s were responsive and kind, neighbors were friendly. Fantastic rental, we plan to rent again next summer.
