We loved staying here, enjoyed going downtown and listening to the bands and relaxing and visiting with friends. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures.

The location is a short drive from Louisville maybe 15min drive. The house is simple and clean with all the necessities for your stay. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants available nearby. I wasn't expecting the house to be located near an industrial area but the traffic and house was not excessive.

We came to town for our friends restaurant opening. Perfect location with in walking distance of the Dog Haus and many other things. We visited the farmers market on Saturday and walked along the river near the amphitheater. Definitely would recommend, quiet place comfortable accommodations.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was a welcoming and a friendly feeling place. We were celebrating a friends 50th wedding anniversary with all the gatheribgs for them and the house privided us a quiet place to recover after long days of gatherings

We had two couples and a couple of extra adults in town for a wedding in Louisville—lots of space. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The two private parking spaces were nice. Way better than a hotel. Walking distance to downtown New Albany. Twelve minutes to Louisville downtown and 15 minutes to the airport. When going from Louisville to New Albany, Google Maps kept sending us to the left when going over the bridge...but it let us off just past exit 123 for New Albany, and we had to drive 5 or 6 extra miles. You want to be on the top level of the bridge to save the extra driving. Stay to the right and follow the signs to New Albany. We came a few days early to take a Buffalo Trace Distillery tour and a few more in downtown Louisville. If you only have time for one, go to Buffalo Trace. If you don't have time for that, Peerless Distillery is excellent and located downtown. You need reservations in advance for the tours. Peerless had an option for just the tasting, which, after seeing a few distillery tours, skips the 'how to' and jumps right to the important part.

The home was a real gem! It was truly conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that was 5 minutes away from the grocer and restaurants and near the downtown area. It was a home away from home.
