Chic & Historic Apartment ~ 6 Mi to Louisville!

Super-cool unit in a quiet, historic neighborhood and close to downtown Louisville and hiking/biking trails. Just what we were looking for!

My whole family is from New Albany going back generations, and I stayed in this gorgeous property on a recent visit. I told my husband it was like waking up in my dream house! The space was so beautifully renovated, preserving so many unique details (like original doorknobs!) that I delighted in throughout my stay. The unit was absolutely pristine in its cleanliness, the rental team was responsive and helpful, and the unit was stocked with everything I needed to enjoy my stay without headaches (like extra fluffy towels). Parking was easy, and there was so much within walking distance. I very much look forward to returning, and I am so grateful to have experienced what felt like a piece of living history. This property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had tons of character. The history of the house & the owner’s interest in preserving its personality made our stay very enjoyable. We have a great appreciation for unique accommodations & cleanliness, so this property was perfect for us. Everything in the area is conveniently located & easy to navigate. We enjoyed the fact that many great restaurants & shops were within walking distance.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had while traveling. Our stay was cozy and we felt like we were at home. Not to mention the apartment was BEAUTIFUL, the pictures accurately reflect the apartment. My small children chose to sleep in the reading nook upstairs instead of the blowup mattress or futon. It was perfect for them! I would 100% stay here again!

We came to visit family for the holidays, with a weekend filled with plans; it was honestly hard to leave this beautiful oasis to do any of it! Everything was perfect!

The property was in a great area, close to downtown. It’s is beautifully done and communication was great!

We were in town for our grandson's 16U baseball tournament in Louisville. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again if his team comes back!

Beautiful apartment with so much charm. The apartment is clean, very well decorated and given the perfect charm while still keeping the details from the original build. My 2 young girls and I felt welcomed, safe and comfortable during our stay. Everything was clean. The information provided to us for our stay was very detailed and helped us to settle in quickly. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. We enjoyed walking to the local shops and to the ampitheater for the view of the river.

New Albany was a pleasant surprise and this property was a great spot to explore the area. The mansion was beautifully renovated and the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. There are stairs to the apt as well as to access the bathroom and bedroom, but not bad.
