Reviewer Comments: The Ledges resort is phenomenal, amazing views from the golf course, and housing. Great location to many restaurants and natural sites. Our group had an amazing experience, and we look forward to coming back.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet was an issue. There were places where it was unraveling. The garage door needs to adjusted and I called to let them know. We enjoyed the upscale appliances and the very big tv in the downstairs. It would be nice to have cable since we are not streaming people and we had some trouble with getting stuff to watch. It was fun to watch the golfers in am and the short walk to the club was nice. We really loved the views everywhere we went. the virgin river gorge is amazing.

There were 4 of us, we all had our own space - it was fantastic! From the private casita to the private hot tub w/views of the golf course, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
