NEW 4BR/2.5BA Fenced 1+acres, 8 miles from Downtown! Game Garage and HUGE Deck!

This property has a lot of potential. Unfortunately there was a strong cat urine odor. We had to open windows to try and air it out. It listed an additional queen bed in a common area which we assumed was a pull out couch but when we asked the owner about the additional queen bed, we were told that there was an air mattress in the closet. I feel that the listing this was a deceptive. Had we known that the additional queen bed was not a bed, but in fact an air mattress we would’ve never rented this property. There was a lot of dog poop in the yard that we did pick up so that our dogs would not step in it. It would be nice if people would pick up after their own dogs. A positive about the property was my teenage sons enjoyed the game area.

My family and I stayed for 4 days. I have a rather large family, 3 teens, a preschooler, a toddler, and an infant. My husband, myself and my mother in law. We had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. This home offered many activities. The game room was perfect for all the boys. Their room was on the opposite side of the house which provided them thier own private space. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and there was a Walmart and plenty of stores around for whatever you may need. The home was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, fans, blankets, etc. Very pleased with my stay. 10/10 Would stay here again if i visit Nashville again. Also the beds were very comfortable.

Location was great. Lots of room. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.The floors were very dirty.The grass was long and many huge limbs had fallen.Many of the games in the garage were broken.The fireplace had bricks that had fallen out.Both outdoor trash cans were full to overflowing when we arrived.When I told the host that the Xbox was broken, he just said someone must have broken it. No attempt to correct it.

This was a great place! Will keep them in mind when we go back to TN

This was a great place to stay! The host is friendly and helpful. The house felt so much like home. My dogs had all that room to run, and that was one of the best parts. We live in the country on a farm. My dogs are used to having free roam of a very large area, so this was just wonderful for them We felt like we were right in the middle of everything. Plenty of delivery services available. We had mostly everything we needed at the house. Extras and stuff we forgot were easy to access through a Walmart order. We had a great trip with no worries We will definitely stay here again!!

Unclean in every way, furniture, floors, kitchen greasy, faint smell of cat urine on furniture. Bathroom faucet not attached to wall. Beds very old and worn out. The game room was fun. Enjoyed the fire pit but not much wood provided

Very accommodating to our needs!

This was my first time actually booking an VRBO, and to say I was pleased is truly an understatement! Austin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as can be, and even brought over new games mid-week! Like how freaking cool! - I could genuinely go on and on, this stay was top tier, from coziness, to comfort, to having a safe place for baby to sleep (heck yeah had a pack and play), to creating all the most amazing memories for my sons first family reunion! I 100% recommend this stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing property! So spacious, clean, and fun outdoor area that has some game stuff that is badly in need of some maintenance, but was fun for the kids. Fire pit and porch were great!

the place is beautiful and spacious.. the outdoor garage game room was relaxing and the place was equipped with everything you could need. it was a quiet peaceful stay. Will rebook this place if wver in town again

House was great for family vacation.

It is a beautiful house and is very spacious. Loved the fenced back yard for my littles. Host was friendly and quick to repond to us. He allowed for our rquest. We had a problem with the fridge and he was working on fixing that and offered another option for our stay. We would definately stay there again if in the area!!

Very spacious great fenced in yard for dogs very quiet neighborhood.Close drive to Attractions

Property was great, we had a college graduatation and even though it rained the house was large enough to accommodate 12 people with 8 of us staying and comfortable. We had two dogs that enjoyed the fenced in yard with plenty of room to run.

We stayed for a great weekend getaway as an early Christmas gift to our kids and grandkids. This home was perfect for our family. The game garage was a hit with the grandkids & adults alike. The home was cozy and close to our planned activities; Zooluminations & Gaylord Opryland’s ICE events. We will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 and dogs. The game garage kept the teenager busy and we took advantage with a whole ping pong tournament. We were also able to play a wiffle ball game in the backyard. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood and still close to downtown. We loved our stay and would happily visit again!!

Austin’s home was such a delightful place to stay. We had wonderful experience with so many fun things to do. So glad we choose this place.

We enjoyed your property and used just about everything...porch, grill, game room, tables (big one for games, small tall one for a puzzle), back yard. Never got a chance to use the fire pit (one of the many reasons we chose this place)...it was just too warm (90s). All in all, it was a nice place and we may be back again (talking about it in a year or two). And the dog really enjoyed the free range of the big back yard(he's leashed in our yard).

Comfortable house, fantastic yard (my dogs loved it!) and easy drive to all we wanted to see and do in Nashville. Great communication with Austin also!

Good activities available

This was a family gathering of 10 from age 7 to grandparents. We enjoyed our stay, with a bed and table seating for everyone. There was plenty of cooking utensils for a big family dinner. The game room was fun for all ages and we enjoyed the fire pit and the deck area. An easy drive around town. We all went to the zoo and Sunday the girls went to the Mall. Thank you for sharing this great home.

The house was perfectly set up for a large family. Lots to do. The neighborhood was so quiet and nice. Lots of amenities. I would stay there agin.
