New 4-Bedroom Kona Home with Private Pool Near Magic Sands

Not much beach view, finally found the sliver of the ocean view on the last day. Had to call for maintenance a few times over the front door combination, door wouldn’t engage. Got the keys from the lockbox to lock the door. Hot tub was way too hot, controls don’t work well. More welcoming information would have been helpful for tips on places to go & restaurant recommendations. We used the downstairs kitchen mostly except most kitchenware was upstairs. Bath mat was not visible enough, did eventually find them. AC in bedrooms was essential! Lots of fans. Swimming pool was the best part, we loved it & used it every day! The pool area was lovely! The bedrooms were comfortable, nice furnishings. Overall, great vacation! Amazing island, so diverse!

Good place to stay for a large family group that will be in Kona for week or two. No AC. Way too hot no matter what anyone tells you

Hot tub needed cleaning and service. Otherwise good.

The house was big and spacious. It fit our big family very well. We would stay there again.

We had 6 adults , 2 children and infant. Plenty of room to relax. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, and cooking. 2 refrigerators made it easy to stock up once. Pool was wonderful. Easy walk to beach

Good overall

We enjoyed staying at this property with our family of eight people. It was at very convenient location 10 mins walk away from Magic sand beach. House was very clean and equipped with all the necessary equipments as mentioned in property page. Swimming pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Above all, this property in very quiet neighborhood so during morning hours and almost throughout the day you can see and hear bird singing and chirping which feels very relaxing. We definitely recommend staying at this property

We have very relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family at this property. As advertised, this property is very close by to Magic sand beach. This property at a good quiet neighbourhood surrounded by some tropical trees, so you hear bird chirping and singing throughout the day. It was very relaxing stay.

Great home for our family’s Big Island vacation. Love that it’s close to our favorite beach, Magic Sands. Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect size. We will definitely be back for another family vacation in the not too distant future.

Great location and amenities. Upstairs great room was too hot. A/C in bedrooms was much appreciated.

Stay was wonderful; great house; great beach. Only glitch was checkin; had code for deadbolt but not for lockbox with handle key. One phone call and that code was provided

It was ideally located for early mornings at Magic Sands, as well as all the things we wanted to do. Loved the space; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all we needed in a house. Pool and hot tub were ideal after a day in the sun. Hope to book again for our next trip.

The Pool, the jacuzzi and the closeness to the beach

Location, location, location Loved the central location to everything that we wanted to do on a daily basis. Home is homey and pool is a great benefit for winding down for the day. Beds were comfortable. We weren't home as much as we thought we'd be but loved the space for hanging out with the family when we were all there.

We absolutely loved the swimming pool. The location is perfect. It is so close to beaches and the trolly for shopping. It needs a few portable A/C units in the upstairs common areas instead of fans to make it comfortable. The owners even dropped by an ice chest. That was very sweet & thoughtful. Thank you!
