Stayed Aug 5, 2025We had an amazing time at this Rockport house! The place had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Location was perfect and close to restaurants, shops, and the water, plus we took a quick day trip over to Port Aransas. The highlight was our daughter catching her very first fish in the back pond! It really felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 2024The home is clean, new, and well equipped. Fenced yard is secure for pets to roam. Nice fire ring in the backyard--be sure to bring firewood. Adequate parking, including your boat, within the fenced yard. The freshwater pond out the back gate holds largemouth bass. From the banks, we caught and released more fish there than in 2 days on the bays.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024My family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect! It's a new build and is very clean. It's about 45 minutes to Corpus Christi and 30 minutes to Portland. However you're like 30 feet to the water from your backyard.
