Lovely house with a view overlooking the sea. It is a bit of a walk down the hill to the shore where many of the bars and restaurants are, but a beautiful and quiet location nonetheless - perfect for a family. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor (with a washer/dryer combo laundry machine in the hallway) and the kitchen and living room are on the second floor with the balcony overlooking the sea. We enjoyed a wonderful family meal on the balcony!

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, with cosy bedding and ample storage.Located just a 15-minute walk from the beach, it is perfectly situated for those wanting to enjoy the sun and surf. The nearby town centre offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, making it easy to explore the local culture.One of the standout features is the private parking for two cars, a significant advantage in St Ives. Additionally, an EV charger was a major plus for us.In summary, this holiday home offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. An ideal base for enjoying all that St Ives has to offer.
