Stayed Sep 19, 2025We were a group of 3 adult couples in town for some mountain biking and sightseeing. The space was great for us. Each pair had their own bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities are on site. We especially liked having two different patio areas to relax and stargaze in the evenings. The garage is a nice feature for folks traveling with bikes or other toys you don't want to leave outside unattended. All in all a fantastic place to stay that's a bit outside of Moab proper.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025Everything about our stay was wonderful! Navigating our arrival was so easy and the layout and condition of the property was perfect for my family. The only comment I have is that the air intake vent of the air conditioner was located in the kitchen which was in a central part of the house and was so noisy and loud when it ran that we had significant difficulty carrying on a conversation or hearing the TV. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks!

Stayed Oct 20, 2024Retired Geologist scouting the Rx. Beautiful condo in excellent condition and very well equipped with great room. Very comfortable beds ! place to range from to all nearby National Parks. Add a Keurig maker and I’d give t 6 out of 5 stars.

Reviewer Comments: We joined friends and their dogs for a long weekend of mountain biking and hiking. The unit provided the perfect place for us to relax in between adventures. The back patio allowed the dogs to be outside. The upper patio provided an excellent place for an outside meal. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked! Location was quiet, which was good for our group.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024We enjoyed our stay. plenty of room and nice location outside of town. the one negative is that the A/C was very loud when blowing but with hot sunny days we were pretty much gone all day. neighborhood is quiet
