Very clean property close to town with great views in a very nice neighborhood

Spacious, clean and our family is comfortable during our stay. Definitely recommend anyone to stay in this property.

Nice, Clean and Safe vacation rental. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home. Great place for a family vacation to Moab to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Fantastic quiet location on the edge of Moab. Great size for a family or group of friends out for an adventure. Rooftop patio was awesome for an evening of gazing at the stars.

We had three couples (one with two young children) stay and the house was perfect. It was really convenient to all have our own bathrooms, the upstairs patio was a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee, and the hot tub was a lovely addition.

Working with our host was very nice, easy, and quick with responses. We really liked the house and its location. Each bedroom had its own, private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms were nice and large. The hot tub and grill were both in excellent condition.

This unit has a really nice view on the top deck but the furnishings in many of the bedrooms were very flimsy and cheap. Unfortunately, my friend stepped into fresh dog poo in the master bedroom when we arrived late in the evening.

Clean home, full of amenities and wonderful views. Would definitely recommend if looking for quiet outside of the town center but still close enough to everything.

This is an absolutely fabulous property in every respect.It was soooo clean with all the kitchen essentials and more!The management is wonderful. So helpful and responsive. If you are going to Moab, this is where to stay.

Everything is good

Great location and nice place. Needs a little cleaning in tile areas. New carpet was very nice and beds comfortable. Some beds do need new toppers. Well stocked kitchen and bath supplies

Microwave did not work. Master bath tub sounds like you are going to break through the floor. Really cheaply constructed

House was clean, has an awesome set up, ample parking, everything we could have ever wanted for an amazing Moab Vacation!!

We had a great time. The place is clean and the bedrooms w bathrooms were perfect for our family. Being up against the rocks was a beautiful setting and felt peaceful. Close enough to town to run in, but far enough away that it was a little secluded. The hot tub was a bonus. Owners are helpful and respond quickly. Thanks!

Nice place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is beautiful and ideal. 15mins to town for meals and shopping. It has great stores.The master shower/ bath has no support noisy when showering plus the plumbing extremely loud.Microwave should be repair or replaced. Overall is a 4 we did enjoy our stay.

All good, only negative is some beds mattresses are worn out and comfortable

Great property, clean and accommodating. A little far from the parks for us, but it was what we were looking for with our large family.

We stayed at this property for a week while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. This property was a reasonable drive to both and had plenty of room for my family of four.The bedrooms all have very ample space especially the two upstairs rooms (master and double queens). Tons of closet space and empty drawers for all rooms. Garage easily find my mid-size SUV.Heater worked efficiently and kept us cozy. Hot tub provided a great way to enjoy the beautiful night sky.The only area of the house that feels small is the kitchen; it can be hard to have more than one person in there at a time. But kitchen is adequately stocked with every all the basics a family would need.Views from the house are extraordinary! The red rocks against the back of the house create privacy and views out the back of the house, and the font of the house has sweeping views of the plateau across the valley. Absolutely stunning!I would definitely stay at this property again. We loved it!

Overall we loved the property. However, there were dirty dishes and silverware in the cupboards and soon discovered the dishwasher was not very good at its job. The mattresses had all seen better days with varying depths of caverns in the middle. The hot tub was amazing and the upstairs deck was the perfect spot for stargazing. The driveway fit our large sprinter van and another small car no problem with lots of room in the garage for our bikes etc. the stairs to the uppper floor are a touch steep with narrow tread so if there is anyone with mobility issues it might be a challenge.

The property checked most of the boxes for our needs for three adult family members travelling together. We needed three bedrooms with a full bathroom in each, with at least one being downstairs. The area is quiet with beautiful sunrises out the back windows. The short drive into town provides many choices for good restaurants after a day out walking at the parks.

The home is very clean and well appointed. Comfortable mattresses. Beautiful and peaceful location. Highly reccomend. We would definitely return. A great home to stay for the many Moab activities.
