Step inside to an open plan living and dining area where whitewashed brick walls, polished timber floors and soft, thoughtful styling create an instantly calm and welcoming atmosphere. The lounge centres around a wood-burning fire—ideal for curling up with a book on a cool evening or enjoying a relaxed glass of wine.

The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, oven, fridge, and breakfast bar, while the oval timber dining table offers a cosy spot for meals. A second livingarea opens through French doors to a private courtyard shaded by greenery.

Upstairs, a light-filled loft bedroom overlooks the courtyard below. With vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a plush queen bed and rustic charm throughout, this serene space is designed for restful nights. The adjoining spa-style bathroom features a deep stone-set tub for indulgent soaks, along with a separate walk-in shower. Downstairs, a small alcove with a single daybed offers a comfortable nook for a third guest or child. While not fully enclosed, it provides a quiet and cosy corner to unwind.

Additional comforts include air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, laundry facilities, and free street parking.

You’ll have full access to the entire cottage via the entrance at the front of the property. At the rear of the property, behind a rendered wall, there is a freestanding studio called “The Loft’ with its own separate entrance and courtyard. This may be occupied by other guests or may be available and booked to accommodate extra guests with you, but your cottage remains entirely private.

The main bedroom and only bathroom are located upstairs.

A $75 AUD pet fee applies if you are bringing your furry friend along—please let us know at the time of booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
