Stayed May 10, 2026Dust and grime on the living room table. One wash cloth per guest for 7 days is not enough. Neither is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for one week. The condo was spacious for the price however.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We were in town for volleyball nationals at the OCCC and this location was amazing! It was a very short walk (7min) so we saved a ton not having to park. The condo itself had everything we needed with lots of space for the 7 of us. Only downside was the washer/dryer was in the closet in the downstairs bedroom so we had to be thoughtful on when we did laundry. We did experience some sugar ants in the condo but the owner was quick to respond and send someone to spray. We learned quickly to not leave food out! Otherwise, I’d highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 2, 2025We stayed here for a work conference and the property worked perfectly for our group of three colleagues. The space was well laid out and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was very convenient for getting around Orlando. The only significant issue was an extremely loud air conditioning unit in the downstairs bedroom. The noise was so loud it could be heard throughout the house, even with all the windows closed, making it difficult to sleep in that room. We contacted the owner, who was very responsive and quickly sent out a repair technician, though unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved during our stay.Despite the AC problem, we were pleased with the rental overall. The space, location, and responsive host made for a good experience.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025We would stay here again! Family of 5, all adults. Three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were key. Beds comfortable. Area quiet. Excellent location - close to Disney and Universal. Management was extremely responsive to all our questions! The kitchen has everything you need except condiments. We recommend you get your coffee, cream, sugar, breakfast food, and other needs at Publix nearby.
