Stayed Aug 30, 2025We had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very close to Popham Beach and Fort Popham. Lovely yard and seats by the bay. We say a beautiful fox one evening while having supper.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025House is in a great location to Popham, especially now that they close the lot during high tide due to minimal beach space. I had no idea how much erosion has happened to the beach since we were last there in 2023. It fit our family of four and my MIL perfectly, would also be good for two small families. Mosquitoes around the house made it nearly impossible to hang out outside there. Loved doing the Morse mtn to Sewell beach trail too.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025I rented this property for my adult kids and grands. The property was a perfect fit for them. One family had the upstairs and the other was on the main level. All the comforts of home. Beautiful large dining table accommodated us all for family meals. Ken was responsive to all my questions and kept us informed when there was a brief power outage. The kids asked me to book it for next year. Done!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The house was very comfortable and accommodating. It’s a beautiful piece of property right on Atkinson bay. We enjoyed paddle boarding at high tide right from the property. Morning coffee in the chairs down by the bay was wonderful! Easy access to Popham Beach State Park.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023The home’s location is ideal. The beach is close. We toured BWI in Bath and the Maritime Museum. Excellent. Brunswick and Bowdoin College’s art museum was a most interesting collection. Booth Bay & a harbor boat outing was picturesque. We boarded Amtrak in Brunswick for a day trip to Boston. The home itself was a good fit as we enjoyed the large dining table & kitchen. Well done!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This is a highly desirable property and my family and I would love to return. The house has a well-appointed kitchen and many comfortable places for relaxing with a book, watching TV, or playing games. Though it's tucked among the trees, the many windows give it a light and breezy feel. There's a beautiful deck overlooking woods and bay (one of two nearby choices for kayaking). We saw a bald eagle circling overhead a couple times. Best of all, it's about a mile from Popham Beach, so we were able to spend hours swimming during the day and come back in the evenings for walks during low tide.
