Stayed Jul 31, 2025This property was not clean on arrival. Two of the beds appeared to have been slept in. The binds were broken and the pieces were on the floor. This home is located on a busy street. We paid for 3 nights, we only stayed one because we arrived late and had no choice. We got a hotel for the other 2 nights. Waste of money!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025All I can say is the pictures are not at all accurate of the actual conditions of the property . I arrived to the property on Friday afternoon as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a dry dirt mop in the middle of the living room . The place was run down and looked as if no one had been there in a while . There was a film on the counter. all of the cabinets had dirt in them , there was debris and dirt all over the floor . The post also states that there was seasonal AC . This place has three bedrooms and only two window AC . One in the living room and one in the main bedroom . It was supposed to be the hottest weekend of the year . Are we supposed to all sleep in one room . I spoke with the owner and the management company EVOLVE. They offered me a 275 dollar refund for out of 851 dollars charge . Please check to make sure you do not rent from an EVOLVE as they have no standards at all .. I have attached pictures of the dirty slum like apartment . Please DO NOT RENT THIS … if the pantry looks like this imagine what the beds had in them ….
