This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!

This is a great property and naturally a home away from home. Thankful to find the grace notes that were provided to help make our stay comfortable. I really appreciate the lack of carpet throughout! Even the fans looked dusted, and the vents were clear of buildup. We would stay again.

Property was great - had everything we needed, very clean and well stocked. Check-in was easy and the things we were asked to do before leaving were clear & simple. Various family members came together for a graduation ceremony. This was MUCH better than staying in a hotel. Thank you!

This property was fully stocked with essentials and very clean. Probably the most comfortable I’ve had from past experiences. Very peaceful and perfect location to make you feel at home during your stay. There are maps and recommendations left upon arrival to help along your travels. The property manager communicated and was kind enough to help out when I mistakenly locked myself out. This location is also very close to convenient stores as well as the town with fun night life.I very much recommend.

We stayed here with another family for the weeke d while our daughters had a dance competition at Furman University. It was cheaper than a hotel splitting with another family. Plent of room for us to stay and get the kids ready. And it was nice to have the place to eat and sit and relax when we came back after a ling day!

This is our go to when we work in the area. The setup and location is perfect.

This house had the perfect setup for our work crew. Everyone was able to have their own space and tv to relax in the afternoons. Communication with the manager was great. The location was perfect.

Property was clean and not far from many towns with restaurants and stores. Enough beds, blankets, and pillows. Neighborhood seemed very safe. I recommend this property.

I hate to be the first one to give less than 5 stars, but please know that if you rent the home with 6 people (it sleeps more), you are charged an EXTRA CLEANING FEE! It's not listed anywhere and that is a problem if you ask me. I will say that the home was very clean and we enjoyed it but there shouldn't be hidden fees. Also, there is coffee pods for the Keurig but no sugar, fyi. The communication was great and we enjoyed our stay in the very comfy home.

This was a great place to stay for events in Greenville (for us, the GVL Jazz Fest). Utterly clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home. Very convenient to the SRT for biking & walking, an easy short drive to GVL, truly fabulous TR farmers market Saturday a.m., and fun, friendly, non-touristy shops in TR itself. We would love to come back - soon, if at all possible.
