Property was very clean and comfortable for our family really enjoyed the stay!

Great stay! I loved everything about this location and the house size was perfect for our party of four. I will definitely be booking again when i go back to New Orleans

There were a lot of things that needed to be updated and repairs made but it sure served our purpose. We had a wonderful time!

The overall place wasn’t horrible. It’s pretty much what you see from the photos in the listing. Slightly dirty pillows and weird sewer smell coming from the living room. Oh well. The only real issue I had was that this listing was 30 strong minutes from the French Quarter, not super close by my measures.

The host was nonresponsive which I am not sure is typical for vrbo as this is our first one. We had a bit of confusion as to where to get the check in details (like the lock code). On the listing it said to text the host but when we did we received no reply. Eventually we figured out how to get it on vrbo. That aside, the property is in complete disrepair. Lights not working, fan not working, AC barely able to cool off the house and was extremely loud. The hosts clearly use a cleaning service so the place was tidy (e.g., sheets and towels were laundered and the place was dusted and vacuumed) but that is where the cleanliness ended. The carpet was gross, dirty, and sticky. We had to wear shoes the entire time. The rug in the living room had a mysterious wet spot that never dried. There was mold growing in the bathroom shower, as well as in several spots on the walls in the house/ceiling where damage was poorly fixed then painted over. The coffee maker and mugs were dirty so we clean them, but when we tried to use the maker, it didn't work (also no tea/coffee). We searched and found another maker in a cupboard which turned out to also be dirty (so we cleaned that too). The stove electrical panel was busted and barely hanging on so we decided not to make our own food to avoid causing a fire. The front door has a gap at the base which let bugs inside. Many other things too, but not enough space to detail. Overall, for the price I expected better, not a landlord special.

It’s a nice play but it could have been cleaner (dirty bathroom, refrigerator, and dishes and also a lot dog poop in the yard), & the TV could use an upgrade because I wasn’t even able to watch my Sunday shows like I normally would. Other than that it’s a decent place and good neighborhood

The property was advertised as 5 miles from the french quarter. It was more like 10 miles. The average Uber ride was 25-30 dollars. We were there for a Trade Show at the Convention center for two days so we just needed a clean comfortable and quiet place to sleep. It was quiet. It was a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, the property smelled musty. It was not as clean as I like but it was basically clean. The wifi was not on the fridge like the listing said . I had to look under the router to find the wifi info. It was no tvs in the bedrooms. The worst part was the water dripping all night and leaking through the cieling. The host promised a plumber but he never came. After having me bail the water out the tub the host accomodated me by transferring us to the next door property. We had to tell him it needed to be cleaned. The beds were inmade and it was obviously not cleaned after the last folks. However, the cleaning lady did a great job. The first day in the new property everything was okay. Unfortunately, the electricity went off in one bedroom. The host tried to be accommodating and I appreciate it. Things happen. However, more attention and care needs to be paid to these properties..

Check in was a breeze. Property was e actly as described. Nery easy to get a hold of the property manager.

Very quiet neighborhood! When we first arrived there wa a sewer smell where the washer is, but went to the store and got air fresheners for small spaces the smell went away. We were only 9 miles from Southern University of New Orleans ball field where the tournament was held, very easy travel to Bourbon Street and the French Quarters. Would be nice if there was a list of restaurants that the local recommend and thing to do. Winn Dixie is right around the block if need something. Would definitely stay there again. Larry was very easy to get in contacted with.

The his was very friendly and helpful. Location was better than expected and smelled amazing.
