Near Downtown Entire House w/Office Wash/Dry

The location makes for easy travel around downtown SLC. The place was very clean, and check in and out were very easy. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the noise. There is something mechanical in the basement that makes noise every few minutes that is loudest in the back bedroom and you can feel the vibration in the bed, so it makes it hard to sleep. And the front bedroom is by a main road, so it can also be noisy.

A real home away from home! Very enthusiastic review here; we had a great experience. The home looked exactly like the pictures; everything was spotlessly clean and worked. The main living area and kitchen were bright and sunny during the day, which was great. Quiet neighborhood at night. Shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I was comfortably able to make Thanksgiving dinner for our family of four in Utah when my daughter couldn't fly home for the weelend.The host, Vera, was responsive to questions. There's one dedicated parking space and relatively easy street parking if you need more than one space. The home is two blocks south of Trolley Square (a fun shopping area if you’re not familiar), about three blocks from Trax and one block north of a good donut shop.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay at this condo in Manchester. The space was clean and well-kept, making it comfortable for our time there. The only challenge was the location—it’s not the easiest spot to get around without a car. Overall, a nice place if you’re driving or don’t mind arranging transport.

Absolutely adore this property!! Everything you could possibly need for your stay was provided. Easy check in and check out process. Communication from property owner was excellent as well. One thing we did notice and wanted to bring to the owner’s attention-the floors weren’t clean. There wasn’t any noticeable debris, but the bottoms of our socks got very dirty which was a little concerning/uncomfortable. Everything else was spotless. Also the noise from the busy street next to the front bedroom made it a little difficult to sleep, but overall not too bad.

Lovely home near so many places in Salt Lake. We lived using the home as our base for moving both our kids into Univ of Utah. Super convenient to shops, restaurants and it made it a week to remember. We will definitely be staying here again when we come for visits.

This cute little house is clean, cozy and smartly decorated. We found everything we needed already tucked away somewhere. It was a lovely place to stay. I would recommend bringing a good pair of earplugs for sleeping (especially in the front bedroom) because the road noise is quite loud.

Centrally located and easy access

Was in town for work at Trolley Square. Right across the street. Access to the light rail and the downtown was super easy. Off street parking was a great perk.

Loved the house so much! Great location, super cute and walkable neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and organized and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The proximity of the main bedroom to the road didn’t bother us at all, it wasn’t loud at night. You just have to be careful in the parking spot! But overall such a great place to stay, exceeded expectations.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and really enjoy it. The location is close to the U, and walking distance to great dining and shopping. I highly recommend!

This location is, as advertised, on a busy city street but centrally located so you can walk to local shops and restaurants. Has Keurig coffee maker with plenty of individual packs for our 3 day stayEverything was comfortable and convenient. Owner is very accessible by email. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area

Great stay! The house was super clean and well-kept, which made it feel really comfortable from the start. We loved how walkable the area was—Whole Foods, coffee shops, and restaurants were all nearby, and it was an easy drive or quick Lyft to downtown and the University. The space had everything we needed, including a solid work setup in the front room and great WiFi. The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. Definitely a great choice if you want something close to the city but quiet and homey.

Our son attends the University of Utah and lives in downtown SLC. This darling home was convenient, clean and perfect for us to stay and visit our son. Comfortable, stylish, cozy and clean is how I would describe it. The host was very accommodating and hospitable. Fresh filtered water was in the fridge for us which was such a kind surprise. We will definitely be back to stay here. Best VRBO in Salt Lake and we have tried a bunch. Thank you again!!

Overall very easy location to college and downtown. Beds were comfortable. It is on a busy street that was a bit loud at night. But we were in waking distance to donut shop, Whole Foods and some restaurants. It was a nice stay.

We came to SLC for some medical care. This place was just what we needed. Close to University Hospital, clean, and quiet place to rest. The host was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

The home was updated and well allocated! When we arrived we found hair on and in dressers, an untidy sink, and a medicine bottle on the floor. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were both empty as well. Reached out to owner and she was very responsive. Parking was tight. If you drive more than a compact car just be prepared. We did have a quiet and primarily comfortable stay in spite of these challenges.
