Stayed Oct 27, 2025Great place to stay for accessing Canyonlands and Arches NP. Close to downtown with restaurants and grocery’s nearby. Beds were comfortable and well appointed kitchen for making meals. I would stay again for a Moab adventure.

Stayed Sep 21, 2025Perfect quiet location. The place was just as described. Spacious, beautiful. The beds were AMAZING, I didn't want to get out of bed! Fully stocked with everything you think you would need and more. Definitely will be staying here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very nice, place was well furnished with supplies that we needed for the time we were there. Location was also nice. We had some changes in dates but the property management was great to work with.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025Everything was great!Only complaint I have was that the AC was so loud. When it kicked on you have to raise your voice to be heard and turn the TV up.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025Our stay at this condo was excellent from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed to relax after long days of hiking and exploring.The location was convenient, close enough to downtown Moab while still being quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and the condo was stocked with thoughtful touches that made the stay easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home base in Moab.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were comfortable and the location was great. However, I’d recommend a pest control service as we encountered several roaches in the bathroom.

Stayed May 23, 2025This is the second time we have stayed in this location, and will stay there the next time we visit Moab. It’s on the south end of the city so away from a lot of the congestion,, but still just a short drive into town. The beds in the condo are so comfy, I always get a good nights rest there!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Very nice condo. Very clean. Pictures and description as advertised. Slept 6 comfortably--including quite comfortable sleeper sofa bed. Good parking (even with ATV/UTV trailer). Nice front and back patios with short walk to pool/hot tub. Towels were provided for pool and hot tub use. Nice bed and bed bath linens. Has outdoor grill but did not use it. Only downside was the unit we were in was adjacent to the main highway so had a little traffic noise. Also would suggest taking a couple dish rags and dish towel as those were not provided. Overall had great stay and would definitely stay here again.
