Near Arches & Canyonlands-in Town-Indoor Pool-Cottonwood Home

Great place to stay in Moab. It is close to everything including multiple national and state parks and everything in Moab. I would highly recommend staying in this place. It has everything you need, including an excellent kitchen, for a great family vacation.

Loved our stay! Home was immaculate and well appointed. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, lots of space. We loved how close to town it was - very central and easy to walk to restaurants etc. Loved all of the games, very family friendly. The pool was fun too. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place for a family of four. Walkable to downtown Moab. Provided a cool respite after time in the hot sun. Access to the indoor community pool was a big plus for the kids.

It was perfect for our stay during the Easter Jeep Safari. Everything was fully stocked. The shower in the master bedroom is great for two :)

It was a beautiful spot. Close to Arches, food and my kids loved the pool. Boyd was excellent to work with and was quick to respond and responsive to our needs. There was a miscommunication with the cleaners, but resolved to satisfaction.

Home was very clean and beds were super comfy. Host was very responsive and made the check in/out process seamless. Easy walk to downtown. Pool was not close to the unit 8 minute walk which we did not realize when booking. Would rebook!

Stayed for 2 nights with another couple. Home had very large living and dining area with a large kitchen that was fully equipped. Comfortable beds with nice amenities throughout home. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for a longer period of time. Thank you for the lovely welcome basket of drinks and snacks!

My friends and I had a great stay here for a birthday weekend in Moab. Kitchen was great for meals including a grill. Nice clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location walkable to Main Street but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was extremely clean and well appointed and the location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, with great views. Checking in and out was easy and fast. We loved our stay.

Such an enjoyable stay! The house was very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was within 10 mins walking distance to the downtown area. I would definitely rent again when back in the area!!!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable and there’s plenty of room to store our bikes in the garage. Beds are comfy! Plenty of Adirondack chairs available to lounge and read in the morning sunlight or watch the bats at dusk. We loved our stay and will definitely return again in the future.

Great location and nice open house plan that had room for anything we wanted to do. The wide open garage was a huge plus for storing bike when we were roaming the town.

We had a great stay in this spacious and comfortable house! We absolutely loved the location - perfect to get to town and Arches Nat'l Park. The well-stocked kitchen was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location. The kitchen is great for cooking, nice selection of guide books for local parks, and very responsive owners.

We enjoyed that the property had large common spaces, a 2-car garage, and super close to downtown Moab. Our favorite part was how well-stocked the property was. For a few examples, there were more than enough towels, zip-loc bags in the kitchen (never found these in a rental before), our favorite name-brand soap at the sinks and showers, and a welcome basket with water bottles and snacks. Everything we could need was here! The washer and dryer and pretty new and in a convenient laundry room, and the place was clean as could be. We also enjoyed the large dining room table and plenty of couch space / chairs in the living room. Lastly, the quad bunkbed bedroom was perfect for the kids.

This property was meticulous and exactly as defined by the VRBO site! We only wish we could have spent more time here as we were out and about seeing the beautiful state of Utah.
