Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a great house! Plenty of room for everyone and lots of privacy as well! Incredible expansive ocean views, best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental, great decks (sun deck and shade deck), private beach access, close to the wonderful Sandbridge Market for last minute needs and fresh baked donuts every morning, and so much more. We loved eating out on the screen porch and enjoying the ocean breezes. Everyone in our group loved the house and would highly recommends it. We would love to come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved everything about this house. The view and proximity to the beach were perfect. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever experienced. Lots of space to gather and eat. Beds were really comfortable.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect location and room for our family of 13. Ages ranged from 19-84. Beautiful view each morning, well equipped kitchen, new updated flooring and furniture. Clean, comfortable and met all of our expectations. We appreciated the ping pong table and the extra space that area gave us in the evening.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have stayed at Nautical Dream twice. It is fantastic for large groups and for two. The kitchen is well stocked, decor is lovely and the view is the best.
