Stayed Feb 12, 2025We very much enjoyed our stay at Nautical Breeze. The location was perfect, close walking distance to State Street, Funk Zone and the beach. The kitchen wasn’t as gourmet as we would have liked, but there were plenty of close eating places within walking distance.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025This was such a pleasant experience. Nautical Breeze was spotlessly clean, such a lovely property close to the beach and great shops/restaurants in the Funk Zone area. The street itself is pretty with trees and nice homes. The dedicated parking was appreciated. We loved being able to buy and cook food so we didn't have to eat every meal out. The beds are so comfy! My sister and I would love to stay here again sometime.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024The rental is in a perfect location, easy to walk to the beach, marina, and Funk Zone. It is definitely dated, and the bedding and towels need to be replaced, but it is well maintained and a great place to stay. I would give an overall 4 1/2 (instead of 4) if that was an option.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Property was centrally located. Close to beach and Funk Zone and a 12 minute walk to other establishments further down State Street. Bedrooms were spacious and two bathrooms were great for 4 adults. Would highly recommend.
