Nature’s Nest located in the heart of Wilmington, 5 minutes from Whiteface Mt.!

Nice Adirondack style house. Very clean and spacious.

Second time staying here and it was wonderful! Only 7 minutes to Whiteface and 1.5 hours to Gore Mountain! You can see whiteface mountain from the house. We will definitely be back. The house is spacious, has everything you need and more! The house was warm because of the heaters in each room and the water never went cold. I found the beds to be really comfortable too. Fell asleep instantly.

Everything was amazing!

There were tons of flies and lady bugs by the 100’s. Big horse flies. It needed pest control in the worst way. I kept killing them and more would come in somehow. All the windows and doors were closed.

The house itself was more than big enough for all 9 of us. The location was great for all our planned activities. We were 2 families with 4 children ranging from 10 yrs old to 1 yr old & Nana. There were not enough towels for all of us & 2 wash cloths were provided. The beds were comfortable. The house description said a pack & play & stair gate for a 1 yr old was available. The pack & play was beat up, tilted, lumpy & there was no stair gate. We Improvised on the gate & the baby was brought in bed with my son & wife. Also an outdoor playground was advertised & there was no playground in the yard. Kitchen did not have any plastic wrap, foil or garbage bags. Bathrooms had 1 partial roll of toilet paper & 1 extra roll. We did make a trip into the local market in Lake Placid to buy our food so just picked up all of our paper products as well. Any VRBO I have stayed in has provided a few rolls of toilet paper as well as some plastic wrap & foil. We love the area & would like to come back again but description of property needs to reflect what is advertised.

Great stay at Natures Nest. Place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our adult family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out to play games, shoot hoops and play pool. Very comfortable and clean. Close to Whiteface and Lake Placid. Easy to get a few high peaks in, bike rides and walks. We would stay here again!

The house was excellent and clean. Basement are was a real hit with the kids playing pool etc… the host was responsive and the house location to Whiteface was perfect. Thanks Again

The property was GREAT! Wish we had more time to enjoy the home with its game room and relaxing atmoshere. It is within walking distance to town and the preperty is very nice. The owner provided great communication, we had zero issues. Will book here again if I am in the area with family in the future.

Such a cute home with nice decorations and fireplace! Everyone in my family and friends loved the home! Now I am in charge of lodging for all future trips! This house is great for families with children because they have a nice game room full of entertainment for the kids. During our stay, the adults were on the second floor and the kids stayed mainly in the game room! It was perfect! We will definitely come back to this house again.
