Grant, Alabama
This exquisite 32-acre property in Marshall County contains all that makes North Alabama's landscape exceptional: plentiful wildlife, native plants, a 250-foot limestone bridge, caves, and waterfalls. It has become an iconic Marshall County landmark and treasured by local residents. The property has been open to the public for over 20 years and so there are often visitors coming to look at the waterfalls.
The property has multiple outdoor seating areas for viewing nature, or playing games. Explore, or just sit on the porch and take in the scenery. If watersports are more your style there are two public boat ramps a short distance away.

The natural surroundings of the home were fabulous...
Property is beautiful! We enjoyed the large porch and the back patio. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed!
Amazing property for friends to gather on a weekend golf trip. The host was so easy to communicate with, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the house. Very clean and huge. The natural bridge and waterfall in the back yard was even more beautiful in person than on the listing. Away from any high traffic roads so nice quiet evening hanging out together on the back deck. Short drive to town for any supplies needed. Will absolutely be staying here again!!
Impressive location. It is like staying right inside a state park. There is nothing more tranquil than sitting on the porch, enjoying coffee and listen to the waterfalls. Great location, close to some great small towns and the Tennessee River/Guntersville Lake. We spent 3 nights and east could have spent 7.
You have to visit this property to see all the extras it has to offer, because there are not enough words to describe them all
This property really is a natural beauty. The rock formations, landscaping, and waterfalls were impressive. The home was well stocked and roomy. The windows allowed beautiful views of the waterfalls and natural beauty! Impressive gem that offered serenity and peace for the nature lover!
Beautiful place.
We had a few concerns on arrival but management was quick to respond and address as best they could. The description doesn’t detail that there is public hiking available that is posted on The Chamber website (we were told.) We had several cars showing up to park and hike. We also experienced a very nice couple who told us they booked the lawn for wedding photos so we had to bring the kids in, so as to not ruin the photos. Some other folks were walking up by the house and wanting to go through the back patio while we were staying. It felt uncomfortable because we didn’t know if this was permitted or not. Plus it felt like we didn’t have much privacy.
Incredibly unique backdrop for 8 golf buddies to relax, eat and review the day's rounds. The big front porch and lower seating area coupled with the waterfalls made this one of the best places we have stayed on annual golf trips. I'll definitely be bringing the family here.
