Stayed May 8, 2026My family was very excited for our stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to get to it and upon check-in, were greatly disappointed. There were four of us. We picked this property because we each wanted our own room with bathroom, as well as the rooftop patio and hot tub. I stayed on the fourth floor, my sister and aunt on the second floor, and my mother on the first. (There is an extra-long staircase from the garage to the main floor and also to each floor after). We arrived at 5pm and upon checking out our rooms, we found that while all of the beds were made, the top two floors had dirty sheets. Hair in the beds, crunched up sheets under the covers and clearly slept on. The dishes were not clean and had to be rewashed. There was a broken wine glass in the cabinet and a corkscrew with a cork stuck up inside it. The couch in the living room was worn, with a cigarette burn, and the backing was popping out the backside. The toaster does not work on one entire side and the other side , one of the clamps swallows the toast, causing it to get stuck. The couch on the rooftop patio is in poor shape with the plastic weaving broken/unraveled, and to top it all off, the hot tub was dirty and smelled like it had bacteria/pee. To make a long story short, we had to wash sheets before we could sleep, and we went around with the host for 24 hours, not getting anywhere. Finally we contacted VRBO. We lost 2 nights in the hot tub and spent many hours on the phone trying to fix things.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026The property was as described and had plenty of room. There were great views of downtown from the rooftop. The garage easily for two cars which was a requirement for us. Wed stay there again for sure.

Stayed Mar 6, 2026Well, it started out that I got a text as soon as I got off the airplane that I didn't pay them all the money and that I couldn't check in or I had till the evening after locating a phone number for the property manager which we were questioned about, we were able to prove that I had paid everything in full and they did give us the code to get in. Upon arriving, there was a broken down vehicle with duct, tape, and plastic in the windows right outside of the property inside the property the walls had fingerprints they were dirty. The floors were filthy. I will give one star because the view of the city was amazing. The furniture outside was tattered and torn and faded and gross. You couldn't even sit on it the hot tub was the number one disaster. It was spewing water. I assumed that it would've been full and ready to go, but we had to fill it ourselves with a hose that was just sitting there, and the property manager and I were texting back-and-forth yet. No one did come to help us. We just did it ourselves. The furniture were stained. There were no rugs. The pictures were so deceiving. I will give also that this place has a lot of space but I would definitely look for something better if I were to go back in the future!!!

Stayed Jan 16, 2026Overall the place was a good space for what we needed. It was used for my bachelorette weekend and I liked that each girl had her own full bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. The host was very responsive on messages as well. However there were some issues that caused little annoyances throughout the weekend. Each problem on its own was not a big deal but added up.* It might have been helpful to have a warning about the high amount of stairs. All my bridesmaids were shocked by the stairs upon arrival. * The door codes didn’t work. While the host did send someone out the next morning to fix it, it only worked a couple times before they broke again. They also didn’t lock from the outside. Since we were in and out all weekend, we just had to leave through the garage.* I specifically messaged the host about parking and was told it was a two car garage. However, upon arrival we found ping pong tables set up instead of space to park. * The hot tub didn’t work. It got lukewarm at best. Part of the problem was that it didn’t have a proper cover, just a tarp. * If running the dishwasher is going to be part of the checkout requirements, then more than one detergent pod should be provided. With ten people, we definitely had to run it a couple times but had to go out and get more pods. * The bedroom on the right on the second floor, the shower didn’t work. The mechanism to switch the water from bath to shower was missing.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Host stocked fridge w requested items. Appreciated!! Place is nice but outside had trash and cigarette butts. Walls and doors were dirty. Couldn’t find iron, tv remotes upstairs. Kitchen needed more pans, bottle opener, foil, wrap, etc. no bathroom mats for showers.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024It was a good weekend stay for a girls trip. Plenty of room. Hot tub was nice after dancing all night. If you don’t want stairs to go up and down this one might not be for you but we did not mind. Reached out to the host to let them know about outside patio tables falling apart in the center upon arrival. Host responded in good timing and nice. The road coming in and out of the houses are tight when all cars are parked on the road, uber drivers did an excellent job on maneuvering around.
