Stayed Sep 18, 2025Such a cute place. We had trouble getting into the unit, but luckily we called and they immediately were able to reset the door code. The wifi is AWFUL. I mean nonexistent. It worked for like 4 hours after an 4x min call to have them reset it and never worked again for the whole 5 days. The Mexican restaurant was great to have so close by. This unit comes with a basic starter pack of dish detergent, etc. so you will need to shop for everything. There’s not even salt, no bath mats. No pool towels. The beds were comfy. Very clean. The pool was nice to have. Ubers ranged from 2550 to get to broadway depending on the time

Stayed Aug 6, 2025This place was very clean upon arrival and decorated very nicely to take pictures, which was the reason we booked here in the first place. However, there were a lot of issues my party had throughout our stay. The first thing we noticed was that a few of the doors didn't shut properly. They heavily rubbed up against the frame when trying to close them and needed to be slammed in order to close all the way, even the bathroom door. This was super noisy and annoying, especially in the morning when trying to be quiet with others sleeping. Another issue we had was the water filter in the refrigerator. It was constantly beeping to be changed and didn't taste good enough to drink. I brought this up to management and they claimed someone would be in to replace it. I waited for someone to show and then followed up later that afternoon. I was informed it needed to be ordered first (not mentioned when I first brought the issue up) and would be notified when someone would be in. They then messaged me the following afternoon (now 2 days after check in) to ask for a picture of the fridge so they can order the filter. At this point I told them to forget it as we were almost half way through our stay already and didn't want to deal with it. Thirdly, the remote for the celling fan in the living room didn't have any batteries in it and therefore the fan couldn't be used at all. The last thing I want to mention is the upstairs neighbors from the unit I stayed in. They were running and stomping very aggressively throughout our entire stay, enough to shake the doors in our unit, and especially early in the morning while still sleeping. Another thing to note is that they only provide one towel per guest, so expect to do some laundry during your stay. These issues might just be specific to the unit we had, this was just my experience here.

Stayed May 9, 2025This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. We mostly just slept here while we visited family but there is a kitchen with pots and pans along with a full size refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and everything from checking in to leaving was nice and easy. We would stay here again.

Stayed Apr 2, 2024Our stay with this host gave us one of the worst customer service experiences to date. I do hope potential customers will take the time to read. After some effort to plead our case, Vrbo credited their fee back to fill the gap left by the terrible policy & lack of care of the host. At 11:15 pm the night we checked in that no sheets had been changed. They were full of hair, crumbs & stains. The floors appeared to not have been vacuumed and several kitchen utensils were crusty with food. We were given the option: stay & sleep in dirty sheets or find another hotel at 12:30 a.m. We got a cab to a hotel and returned after noon the following day to find the cleaners still there, though we were told they’d be gone by noon. Our door was open and as I walked in one of the cleaners was speaking to the other cleaner, “Lets finish this so we can get the *expletive* out of here.” Good Night Stay (the host) offered to pay for the night away, but would not reimburse us for the first night we left due to nasty sheets. They did credit the cleaning fee (it was not cleaned). After a week of ghosting us, we were reimbursed for the other (cheaper) hotel room (not comparable accommodations), BUT have been stuck paying for the dirty, more expensive room we could not stay in. Run from this host. The photos look nice, but that’s the only nice thing I can say about the apartment. It was so bad, we had to leave AND STILL HAD TO PAY. Don’t let that happen to you. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
