NASHVILLA. A Luxe Escape + Close to Downtown.

This lovely property housed 6 adults and a small dog with plenty of room for all. The home was so well thought out- maximizing all the space and it was spotless! So many thoughtful amenities from coffee and eggs in the kitchen to diffusers and bath essentials in the bathrooms. The interior decor was very cool and fit the outside of the home which was very modern. Our host Liz was most accommodating and very responsive. We would 100% stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nashvilla. The house was clean, decorated well and had everything that we needed. The outdoor areas both off the main and upstairs were a plus. The beds were comforable and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was super nice too. We have stayed at quite a few homes that we have rented and this was our very best experience. Liz was great to deal with, always responded to our questions - and we had several ;) She was very kind and seemed to want us to enjoy our stay, and we certainly did ! My family and I would highly recommend this home.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. From the minute we stepped foot into the house, we felt at home. Liz did an amazing job decorating/ furnishing the place and stocking it with absolutely everything you could ever need. The quality of the home, furnishings and attention to detail is top notch. Communication with the host was a breeze and she was very quick to respond to any message we sent. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay at this property. Liz was very prompt at resolving a minor issue for us. The house is fantastic. It seems the neighborhood is working towards being updated. Very close to downtown. We would stay again!

This is a very well appointed property that is great for a group of 6-8 adults/teens. All the appliances are top notch and the property has all that is needed for a relaxing stay. The communication from the owner was great and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. Highly recommend this property!

We stayed in this adorable home with my daughter and her fiancé for my son's college graduation weekend. My daughter arrived before us and called me to say no one told me were staying in the cutest house in all of Nashville! When I arrived, I could not have agreed more! I am someone who loves detail and design and this home has it all! The first thing you notice past the cozy looking entry is the wonderful fragrance of high end diffusers. We had to look those up and order some for ourselves! The decor and use of texture is so well done. The home is very spacious and well stocked with most anything you may need for your stay. Beds, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable. We brought our little 10lb doodle with us and were so moved that Liz had dog bowls and a bag of treats for her when we got there :) It was cold and rainy so we did not get to use the adorable outdoor patios, but out doodle enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We took an Uber to and from Broadway and it was only about a 10 min ride. Would highly recommend this home to anyone!

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor areas.

We had a blast staying here in this really nice house. When we arrived, everything was very clean and there were even snacks waiting for us! The host was responsive and helpful. The house is a short drive to great restaurants, entertainment (Predators game, cool bowling alley/bar/arcade, Broadway, etc.). Next time we come back, we'll bring more people and rent the unit next door too!
