Welcome to your Happy Place!

This is not your ordinary Narragansett, Rhode Island property. Come enjoy the sandy shores while experiencing a unique and beautiful property by the beach. Experience the best of both worlds and bring your boat, surfboard, and water toys. Soak in the fun – fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe, or just relax. After the day’s activities come home, barbeque, light a fire while taking in the solar garden lights or, relax in the central AC while enjoying some clam cakes and chowda. There are lobster crackers and pot if you choose to get seafood fresh off the boats. And, before you get home stop at a local brewery or vineyard for a cold one.

South County, Rhode Island - Steps from Narrow River; minutes to beaches, Bonnet Shores, Jamestown, Newport and Historic Wickford Village; access to public boat ramp (one street over); access to 3 kayaks (2 sit on top and 1 sit in); duel fuel grill; 2 firepits; beautiful flowers and gardens (if you love flowers and appreciate gardening this is the place for you); 2 parking spaces; and minutes to all that Narragansett has to offer at your fingertips. Perfect for a family vacation, a quiet and relaxing weekend away for couples, remote work, wedding parties and guests, or a girls' weekend at the beach. You can kayak directly to Narragansett Beach or drive minutes to Narragansett Pier, The Towers, Kelly Beach, Sandhill Cove State Beach, Matunuck, or Beavertail. THE OPTIONS ARE LIMITLESS.

This home was built in 2011 and offers 3 bedrooms with all new bedding. The fully equipped kitchen has a brand-new Bespoke fridge with ice maker and beverage center. The kitchen is also equipped with granite counters, a gas range & all that you need to cook up a special meal. Air fryer, slow cooker with pressure cooker setting. Or, order in from one of many delicious local restaurants with DoorDash or UberEats. The primary bedroom and living room have HDTV’s with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock and Haystack News. The main bathroom upstairs boasts a full bath & shower and a half bath with laundry room is conveniently downstairs. Don’t forget about the CENTRAL A/C and Wi Fi. Tastefully decorated with all linens & towels provided.

There are 2 outdoor firepits for your enjoyment and you have access to beach towels and 3 kayaks with one roller. What makes this house unique is that you can walk the kayaks to the boat ramp and enjoy your 15-minute paddle to Narragansett Beach or up Narrow River to the Gilbert Stuart Museum. Kayak, beach up & enjoy your day in the sand while avoiding parking. A gas/charcoal grill is located on the deck.

Do not leave your furry family members home. There is a 9-foot fence with enclosed backyard.

What’s nearby Narragansett Beach is a must. Rent additional kayaks from Narrow River Rental Outpost, right around the corner. Take a day trip to Block Island. Drive to Main Street in Wickford. Dine out at the Coast Guard House Restaurant or get the best oysters that Rhode Island has to offer at Matunuck Oyster Bar. The newest restaurant Matunuck Atelier is 5 minutes away. Enjoy breakfast/brunch at the Ocean Mist. Check out the new Gooseneck Vineyards in North Kingstown. Grab a cocktail and delicious meal at Plum Point Bistro or hop over the bridge on a sunny Sunday afternoon and see a 4pm band at The “famous” Narragansett Café in Jamestown followed by a meal at Beech. There is the best food in New England within South County! Stop at Whalers Brewing Company or Tower Hill Brewery for a delicious beer! Check out The Farmer's Daughter down the road to experience the most beautiful garden scenery that exists. Enjoy an afternoon at Beavertail gazing at the passing boats or take a 15-minute ride to Newport to do some sightseeing and experience the mansions.

From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by a sparkling home we settled right in. Super comfortable, nothing was overlooked, right down to the little coffee creamers. Kerri was responsive, earnest and on point. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Kerri very clearly works hard to make her guests feel welcomed and at home. Her home was clean and full of special touches. Close to restaurants, beaches, biking, hiking and kayaking, the location worked well for our family. Also close to Newport and several walkable Main Street areas in neighboring towns. Kerri was communicative and an overall amazing host. Highly recommended!

The property was perfect for our family and mini-golden doodle, especially with the lovely backyard. It was close town making it easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! Kerri is an excellent host who was so communicative from the moment we booked the property! Her home is clean and cozy (two musts for me!!) with little personalized touches that just add to the experience! The location was perfect and the house met our needs. Our only regret was that the nature of our visit to Rhode Island didn't allow for more time to enjoy the house and the area surrounding it; we'll be back when the weather is warmer!

Kerri’s home is amazing ! Cozy and comfortable …clean and so welcoming. We brought out two “pups” and they loved roaming in the yard. The landscaping is just beautiful and weather was perfect. We can’t wait to visit again !!! Thank you Kerri !!!

We stayed to celebrate 2 birthdays and to be closer to our son, who lives in Connecticut. This was a perfect respite. The rental was beautiful and perfect for our purpose. We had a great time at the beaches and in the wonderful restaurants nearby.

We had a terrific stay. The house was clean and had many lovely touches, a fully equipped kitchen, and was well located near several great beaches where we could swim and bring our dogs along. The home's fenced in yard perfect for our pets replete with firepits and nice deck. Visits to Jamestown and Newport in shoulder season we highly recommend! Owner Kerri very helpful with suggestions and recommendations.

My only regret from our weekend at this delightful property where we celebrated my mom’s milestone birthday is that we could not stay longer! Notable features that made this home a cut above some others we have stayed at: comfortable beds with comfortable pillows, immaculately clean space, kitchen with real tools that work, a working grill, a lovely fenced backyard with beautiful landscaping (and magical fairy lights that come on each evening!) and very thoughtful touches by the host (including birthday balloons for my mom and dog treats for our pups!) The best part was that Kerri provided many wonderful recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. that helped make the weekend extra special (including a recommendation for where to get a birthday cake — the coffee toffee cake from Gregg’s was delicious!) Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to many beautiful beaches in RI!

From the moment we booked, I knew this was going to be a great trip. Kerri's first texts were warm and sweet and was my impression of her thru the entire visit, so helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Her home is beautiful, also sweet and warm.. just as pictured. The garden was absolutely amazing to look at... With so many colors. Kitchen was spotless, had everything you could need. We also loved the home's decor and positive vibes The location was perfect. Close to everything. We used her kayaks to explore the river and naragansett beach. Such a wonderful treat and a highlight of our trip. Really hope to come back to this home in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Rhode Island. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed (including a beautiful fenced in backyard that was like own little oasis -- lovely flowers, fire pits, deck with grill and table). Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is fabulous. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, etc. Short drive to Newport, for those wanting to spend some time there. We didn't have a chance to go kayaking, but it would have been a perfect area to explore by kayak. Narragansett Town Beach was great. I would not hesitate for a moment to stay here again. It was a really great experience!

A great place to stay. House was beautiful and the location was perfect for us to spend time with our family around Narragansett prior to our son’s wedding. Kerri was a brilliant host, very accommodating in our needs and the communication was always timely and informative. We will definitely stay here in the future.
