Stayed Aug 3, 2025The house was great overall. We appreciated the owner delivering the adirondack chairs for use by the fire pit. We were aware that there were stairs to navigate, but the stairs leading from the front door to the main floor were really narrow for those of us with big feet! We also wished there had been a lamp near the couch. The ceiling lights just didn't cut it for reading in the evening.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was immaculate, had ample room for our family and was very well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. (right down to the sticks for marshmallows by the fire). We enjoyed the close walk to the private beach and the kayaks as well as Narragansett beach. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to be close to the Rhode Island beaches without having to worry about good accommodations.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Booked this for URI Graduation weekend and it was perfect. We were able to have extended family join in the celebration. Comfortable beds and couches, with plenty of space for all for the long weekend. Highly recommend this house.
