Narragansett RI / Scarborough Beach - Spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Home

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from URI. The house was outstanding!! Every amenity you could imagine was at your disposal in this house. The owner, Gary, was very prompt with his communication. The House was immaculate. Directions on how to use everything in the house at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!

This house was perfect and the host could not have been more helpful! Location was exactly what we needed with all the activities we did AND a very short walk to the beach - FANTASTIC!!!!

Five 40- something college friends reunited for a weekend away in Narraganset! This house was perfect to chii out and enjoy each other’s company. Very well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Cleaning products, linens, bedding and paper products provided. Communication with host was excellent.

This home was perfect for our brief getaway. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, just blocks from beautiful Scarborough Beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable inside, with a large grassy backyard and patio area, which we, unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use. We didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen was well appointed for those who choose to do so. Plenty of restaurants in the area. We ate at Coastal Cabin for a casual dinner and at T’s in the morning for breakfast. Newport is about a 30 minute easy drive away and we spent the day there and visited the International Tennis Hall of Fame and ate at Sardella’s for dinner which was excellent. It was a very pleasant stay. My only semi complaint is the 10 am check-out time. Since quests are asked to throw towels and linens in the wash it’s a bit of a rush. We were only able to get the towels in the wash. No time to throw in the dryer or to wash the linens. No one wants to rush and do chores on the morning of departure. But overall I would highly recommend for like travelers, we are a group of 4-5 60 plus female friends, and for families as well. Gary was very communicative prior to our stay but left us alone during our stay. We happily had no reason to contact him. ?

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a weekend of wedding festivities nearby. We walked the 10 minutes to Scarborough Beach and had a lovely stroll there. We also had a yummy meal at George's in Galilee. The house was super clean and well stocked and very comfortable. One suggestion would be to install room darkening shades in the queen bedroom - the early morning light prevents any hope of a sleep in. Thank you, Gary!

The house was perfect for our family stay. Waking distance to the beach and close for day trips to Newport and Block Island.

Beautiful and spacious home in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about the property and the owner who was a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!

The pictures on VRBO don’t do it just. House very clean. Comfortable beds. Only thing I would say is shower curtains had a little mold on them, but we overlooked the fact. The lawn and house were beautiful on the outside.
