A welcoming porch leads you into this open-floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen has a large island, allowing for plenty of cooking space and stools for dining, as well as a kitchentable with six seats. The family room features an oversized couch and flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The first floor also features the first bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and a large airy laundry room.

Making your way up to the second floor, the second bedroom sits on the left with a full bed and the third bedroom is straight ahead with a queen bed. Passing two full bathrooms along the way, retreat to the master bedroom at the front of the house. This bedroom has a king bed and features a stunning balcony overlooking Narragansett Beach. On a clear day, you can even get a glimpse of the Newport Bridge!

The unique third level lookout room has a full bed and is accessed using a spiral staircase. The second balcony is off this room, and the views may be even more stunning than the second-floor balcony!

The spacious backyard is the perfect space for yard games, a BBQ, or just lounging! Featuring a back porch, a grill, outdoor dining table, and lounge- this grassy space is guaranteed for all to enjoy!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
