Narragansett Escape by Narrow River & Beaches

Great place. Good location close to Narragansett. Very quiet, clean and remodeled. Lots of sleep space, good kitchen and livingroom.

Great stay for parents weekend for NAPS. Place was very clean and the check in process was easy. Host contacted me before we got there with a change to the lock box and give me some tips. There were no real extras(games, cards, suggestion book for area place) like other reviews stated but we really didn't need them. Great space for the price and location.

Place was clean and location was nice but very bare. There were not rugs or pillows in the living room as depicted and there was no umbrella on the deck. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom, which is fine, but typically I see these in rentals.Overall the place was totally fine but it was missing a little to make it really feel homey.

Home met our needs for the week. Generally clean with exception of floors, my socks/slippers were filthy!Kitchen could use a cookie sheet but otherwise had amenities we needed.Disappointed there was not a guest book and had to contact the agent for the WiFi password. Should verify guest information is available for new guests.Great location!!! Quiet area/neighboorhood - great for talking evening walks. Very close to beaches, grocery store, restaraunts and Newport! We truly relaxed and would return. Comments above are to improve the experience for others.

The house was immaculate, and the property manager was great about getting back to us right away when we had questions.

Nice clean house. Quite neighborhood. Was able to drive to beaches within 10 minutes. Took Uber over to Newport due to difficulty parking there. Would definitely stay in this VRBO again. The owner was amazing as I was able to get in contact with him either by phone or text and he responded right away. I only needed to speak to him on the day of check in.

Was in Newport for work and wanted to stay outside of the town. Absolutely loved

The house was very well kept and clean. It had pretty much everything you would need. Nice room darkening shades in each room. 2 full beds and one room with a queen bed. Some of the cookware was limited (ie no baking sheets and the knives were extremely dull). There was also no umbrella for the outdoor dining set and so there was no shade and it was particularly hot and sunny the week we were there. These are just minor things in the grand scheme. It was still a lovely property that I would recommend to others! The property manager was very easy to connect with and even let us check in early.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. The location was perfect! The only downside was the house was a bit musty, although very clean. Our 7 year old was an allergy mess given this and we dealt with managing his allergy symptoms while we were in the house. All in all, it was a great stay and would recommend to others!

Overall a good place to stay. Clean and neat.

The owner was not very nice and hard to reach. We had an issue that we could not get in because he had changed the code to the lock box.But we were never notified and neither was the management company. The owner told me I was checking in early but it was after 4 so I was not. He also said he called me and texted me which he did not. If he was nicer about his mistake it would have been fine but he was rude. Evolve the management company was great to deal with. The house is nice and very clean but empty- no games, kayaks, nothing extra. Would not rent again.

We couldn’t have been happier with the home. The location was centrally located to multiple beaches and a short drive to downtown Narragansett and Newport. The house we spotless and the owner could not have been more pleasant to work with or any more accommodating. Highly recommend!

The perfect place for a kid free weekend. So clean and spacious. Close by our favorite beaches and downtown area. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful home. Location of the property was great. Only 5ish mins away from Dunkin which my kids were thrilled about! Room sizes were great. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom. Beautiful deck and backyard. One thing about the deck is there might be a beehive under the deck. We notice a lot of bees flying around one area of the deck. Also, there is only one bathroom. Which was tricky with my family. I would recommend bringing a streaming stick for the TV in the living room. It has the basic channels only. We had to go out annd buy an Roku stick, which was perfect but was not prepared for that. Overall, the place was was great. Might be seeing more of us in the future. ?

I rented this house for my sisters birthday with our daughters. The house was nicely updated and perfect for our group. We were easily able to Uber into Newport and to places in Narragansett. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again
