Wonderful house and neighborhood for a relaxing getaway. Lots within walking distance (restaurants, cafes, beach, shops). Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our summer family trip. Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Located on a quiet dead-end street within walking distance of many great restaurants. Host was a pleasure to work with, everything went smooth with no issues. The outdoor shower was an unexpected delight!! We hope to return again next summer!

The house is centrally located and great for 1 or 2 families. We have enjoyed staying here for our annual family vacation for several years.

We were in town for my nephew’s HS graduation. The house was big enough to fit my parents, my family of four, and my brother and sister. It was just perfect for what we needed! Very clean and spacious and adorably decorated.

Two families with children shared this home during a weekend long dance competition in South Kingstown. Location to Narragansett shops and restaurants was perfect and just five minutes from the competition location. House was very clean and comfortable, accommodated multiple sleeping options and communication with owner was top notch!

Suzie was great. She checked in and made sure we were good, extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely be staying there again

We stayed for our child's family weekend at URI. There was plenty of room, the house was clean and it was in a great location. I will definitely stay here again.

Family trip for my brothers funeral at the RI Veyrtans Cemetery. House accommodated all family members and was convenient to Cemetery. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations .

My family and I (total of 8) stayed here for a wedding in Newport we attended. Location was great and the house was beautiful! We all fit comfortably and were impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Would definitely like to come back for another stay and would highly recommend this property to others !

Our only little hiccup was difficulty locating the wifi password but the owner eventually got it to us. Otherwise the listing was accurate and the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

We stayed for a week with our adult children, granddaughter and a dog! We loved it! It was clean and comfortable! There were plenty of rooms! The bathrooms were excellent! It was during an exceptionally hot week and the house remained nice and cool! The street has little to no traffic as it is a dead end and thereby really quiet! We loved being able to walk to a variety of places to eat! There was a small park within walking distance. We were able to walk with the dog on side streets that were off the main road. The beaches were really relatively close and easy to access, and there were places to go and other types of activities for members of the family that are not total beach lovers, including just hanging out at the house! Our host was a great communicator and left detailed information on all things about the house. Definitely will return here when we go back to this area! We LOVED it!!

The property is lovely. We were there for a family wedding and the accommodations were perfect. We especially enjoyed the back patio with the large table and umbrella. It allowed us to be outside even with some rain showers! The location is excellent walking distance from restaurants and the water.

This property was perfect. 6 adults and our dog had plenty of room and enjoyed the private back yard the only thing I would have liked would be some updated pots and pans. Although I love to cook and am very picky so if not cooking… and a pot and pan snob…it was perfect. Will tent here again
