'Naples Paradiso'. Cozy Villa..heated salt water pool/spa extra large lanai

Paul the owner was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was well stocked for our stay. 5-10 min drive from Walmart grocery pick up . The house was a short walk to the community pool/ pickleball / tennis courts. We enjoyed using these amenities. Location of house is about 15 min from all our favorite spots in Naples! (Tin city, clams pass, Hogfish Harry’s restaurant) .

This is the PERFECT house for your Naples vacation! The location is ideal... just a short drive to the beach, shopping, and dining. The gated community felt incredibly safe and offered beautiful scenery during our morning walks. We especially enjoyed the serene pool area, and appreciated the cleanliness of the entire house, the soft beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. The owner provided everything our family needed for a truly carefree vacation.

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were greeted with a personalized card welcoming us and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed one evening with our dinner. The pool area is spectacular. It gets sun all day for the avid sunbather and when you get too warm you can wade into the pool to cool off or relax on the wide steps. We spent every day at and in the pool during our stay. Definitely would stay here again and have even put the VRBO number in my phone to remember for the future.

The perfect home for our annual spring break vacation. The pool & spa were great. Great location to get to all that we wanted to see our stay. Would definitely book again.

We have stayed in several homes in Briarwood. This home has the best pool and spa. The water is keep at a very comfortable temperature. And communicating with Paul was simple and quick. The furnishings were comfortable but the family room could use a couple of lamps. Two thumbs up on this lovely home.

The accommodations were awesome for our winter get away. The home was beautiful; immaculately clean, safe environment and provided a host of amenities. Loved the hot tub and pool. Host was responsive and attentive to any questions we had. Highly recommend

This is a great property in a convenient location of Naples. Paul was excellent in providing timely and informative information before, during and after the trip. We really appreciated his flexibility around flight cancellations to help us stay comfortable during a stressful time. We would highly recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for the week of Thanksgiving with family. Our favorite part was the pool area and hot tub. The kids used the pool multiple times a day and it was great having the hot tub. We did not use the amenities at the clubhouse as this was much better and a heated pool. It’s about a 15 minute drive to get to most places in.Naples from the house. We held Thanksgiving at the house and had plenty of space and places to eat. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The host even left water for us and some drinks which was a really nice touch to the stay. There was some confusion at first on how to work the pool/spa system but the owner texted right away back to help us understand how to use it properly. Thank you for hosting our stay in Naples we highly recommend this house to anyone !

We spent about 2 weeks in this wonderful location. Everything was perfect and the house met all our expectations. Paul is a great host and was always available whenever we had a question. Would definitely come back
