Naples Paradise. IMMACULATE Home - Built in 2021. SPECTACULAR!

Our family had the most incredible experience at Carmen’s home. The description matched the home completely. Carmen was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and had so many great activities for all ages. We had guests from 4 years old to 68 and every single person said the same thing-we loved it! This home is a great location from Marco and nearby beaches. Carmen really thought of everything!

Carman was absolutely great to deal with. Made us very welcome in her home. Great location, great neighbours. All in all, very clean and spacious house. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

This newer house in Naples Reserve is wonderful. It is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need to make a relaxing vacation. There is plenty of room with three bedrooms and an office with a trundle bed. The lanai and heated pool is perfect with a grand view of a large lake. Carmella, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Everything was spotless! The beds are very comfortable. The pool was warm, and so much fun! The neighborhood is lovely! Carmen was so helpful and responsive! We can’t wait to go back.

Carmen was a delight to work with. Her home was very clean and comfortable. We were there during the month of March of 2020 at the start of the Coronavirus. It was very easy to remain inside in such comfortable surroundings. Naples Reserve is a beautiful area and the association very accommodating. We would definitely return. Betty

It was great to experience Naples Reserve and stay in Carmen’s villa. Carmen was amazing with her quick response to questions and very pleasant to communicate with - from our first inquiry through our departure! We’ve rented several years in Naples and have never slept so well; the beds, quiet, darkness and temperature control were wonderful. It felt like we were staying in a neighborhood versus a noisy condo. We had excellent WiFi service and cell phone reception (which hasn’t been our experience in the past.) We really valued this. We took great advantage of the NR amenities and especially enjoyed the beautifully landscaped walking path around the community. All of the people we met were so friendly and the location worked out very well for us. The new Publix store on Hwy. 41 will be very nice. It was a relaxing and beautiful experience. Naples Reserve is a very special community. It is a gated community set a good distance back from the main road in a beautiful preserve respectful of nature and natural wildlife. At the same time, it provides a most enjoyable lifestyle with clubhouse, pool, fitness facility and tiki bar with fire pit as well as a sandy beach with volleyball,and corn hole in a relaxed atmosphere . There is nothing uptight or formal to add any stress to your experience..... more like, kick your shoes off and relax. Also adjacent to the clubhouse is a lake with complimentary canoes, paddle boards and other water craft. Coral Harbor where our villa was situated is a close knit community of friendly, hospitable people. Carmen is the most fabulous host we have ever had. She is conscientious and attentive and takes tremendous pride in her villa home. Her home is comfortable and immaculate and well situated on a lake with view of water fountain out lanai. It we weren't purchasing our own property, we would book Carmen's villa immediately for next season. You will absolutely have no regrets staying at Naples Reserve and in Carmen's villa in particular. In addition, we felt 100% safe in Naples Reserve and in Coral Harbor. Our stay was 5 months long and 100 % memorable , happy, energizing and relaxing. We experienced the perfect balanced lifestyle to be had.

Naples Reserve is a beautiful community tucked off the main road in a preserve and yet close to Marco Island and all of Naples. The clubhouse and lake are perfect for providing swimming, exercise, food and drinks and kayaking in a coastal relaxing atmosphere. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and a study with a daybed. The lanai looks over the lake and is lovely for watching the local birds and water fowl. It is walking distance to tennis and pickeball courts. The pool and clubhouse are a 3/4 mile walk/bike ride. The loop within/around Naples Reserve , called Naples Reserve Boulevard, is 2.5 miles and is wonderful for walking, running or biking.
