Stayed Mar 12, 2022As you might tell from the title this was our second opportunity to rent this lovely home. We are very familiar with Naples and all of its beauty and charm. This property is well situated.. it is a reasonable drive to; access the beach, downtown, all manner of shopping and restaurants. The amenities offered such as cycles and beach paraphernalia make the experience even more pleasant and definitely family friendly. Matt and Diana were very easy to deal with and have continued to make improvements to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed Jan 5, 2022This was our 6th year of renting in the Naples area and our first time at this property. The experience was tremendous and kudos to the owners who were first time landlords . The property was very comfortable and all amenities were available and enjoyed. The weather was typical Naples lovely, but being January a couple of cool days rolled in which made the hot tub an especially lovely treat. The owners were very helpful, communicative and easy to deal with. We look forward to returning soon , …. With grandchildren in tow Mike and Beverley
